Great.

Person working the counter was outstanding! Breakfast service was also very good, pancake setup was pretty cool, 1st time ever saw that type.

Always a great time the staff including housekeepers are so nice. The breakfast is amazing .

Very clean majority of the staff friendly. Tried saying thank you to the desk worker when I turned keys in with no response

Well what I didn't like is the fact that somebody dragged a garbage bag across the floor and left all kinds of bacteria juices everywhere

Our checking was great, but it went downhill from there. The second day of our trip, the room was not serviced even though we were out early. When returned and found this out, we went to the desk to get towels for the following morning and we were scolded to call the front desk before “showing up”. Later that evening we called for tissues (which was empty) and when we call we were then scolded for calling and “we have to just pick them up”! The local landscaper was cutting the grass early in the morning and got clippings all over our car, requiring a car wash. Would NEVER recommend this location!!!

I like to stay at this property in Mokena whenever I'm in town. The rooms are always immaculately clean, every staff member I've ever spoken with is very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast offers a good variety of items.

The property is very nice but they were severely understaffed on the Saturday afternoon when we arrived. Rooms were not ready. The staff was extremely nice and tried their best but just not enough personnel. That evening and all through the night there were people that were having an argument in the hallway. The police were called and a portion of the people left the property. It was a horrible experience for my daughter and I.

The staff was wonderful, always greeting us. The view from the room was so nice facing the pond side. The room was clean, but there was just some little things that could have made it a little cleaner. The mirror was streaked from cleaning it, the window imprints on it from im guessing the previous person staying. The shower had some mold and rust on the caulk. But whoever tried to cover it up didn’t do a great job and there was a glob of caulk on the toilet paper when we went to use the bathroom for the first time. Not sure when someone had stayed in there last but it definitely made us chuckle. All in all, we will stay again. The bed was my absolute favorite part! So very comfy!
