迪斯尼奧爾良港度假村-濱江(Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside)

Muy buena experiencia de hospedaje en el hotel y la facilidad de los transportes para trasladarte en todo el complejo Disney. En esta ocasión me ayuda una chica con reservas de hotel y parque al mismo precio y eso los compras por web ( su Instagram Es magicalments_maria_ana )

Millapedes where in our room 8565( @20 that were removed ) when we brought it to the attention of customer service, all they would offer was to send maintenance pest control. She also stated they were getting in by leaving the door open. They we all coming from the bathroom area. Upon returning to our room their were @ 15 of them all still alive. We also weren't given but 1 wash cloth. Friends who stayed in a different build were very disappointed in the cleanliness of their room, telephone cord had sticky red candy on it and floors behind nightstand hadn't been touched in a while.

La habitación no tiene muchos cajones para guardar ropa, la limpian cada 2 días, pero lo peor fue su check out, espere 1 hora para que venga un carrito a recoger mis maletas, los tuve que llamar 4 veces y en todas dijeron ya están llegando, el hotel es tan grande que que no hay forma que lleves tus maletas solas más aún si están con niños.

My daughter and I stayed here from February 4-9, 2024 and were absolutely blown away by this resort hotel. First and foremost the property itself it’s beautifully themed and absolutely immersive. We had a royal guest room and couldn’t ask for more in terms of Disney decor and the beds were shockingly comfortable especially after 12 hour days in the park. Upon check in and throughout our stay the cast mates working on property were so so friendly and helpful from the lobby staff to the Riverside Mill workers and the people at Fultons. Even the housekeeping and maintenance staff were friendly and smiling. The resort itself is massive and they don’t overcrowd areas so it was always pretty quiet and calm. Location was ideal for park days as it sits only about 10 minutes away from the four main parks by Uber or complimentary bus. I cannot say enough good things about Riverside. I would absolutely choose this resort again.

Normally since I've had kids, I've tended to stay at value Disney hotels. I really enjoyed the quietness of this hotel and liked how it wasn't overly themed like other resorts (some may see this as a negative). The hotel was close to all parks and we enjoyed the boat to Disney Springs (about 15-20 min). There are 4 bus stops throughout the property and while we were lucky enough to be near the first stop (West), we did notice near park openings that it would often skip the last 2 stops if the bus was full (not sure if they had other buses right after). One minor nitpick is that I do wish that the main dining hall would switch up their food options a little more. It was the same the whole week we were there and while we tried to eat at the parks as much as possible, it would've been nice to have variety when at the resort. Would definitely stay here again, we loved it!

Pic is after they fixed it. Panel fell and hit/cut my head on day 1. Could have traumatized a child. They made sure I was ok and didn’t need medical attention but that was last I heard from them. I would probably have refused it but a gesture of dinner or something would have been appreciated. Guess in today’s world they get a lot of false claims. I’m hoping they didn’t believe me rather than that they didn’t care. Overall a comfortable if pricy stay. Food was very good at Riverside Food Court.
