熱水浴缸不熱。他們告訴我們，它已經壞了幾個月了。沒問題，我要洗個熱水澡……但是浴缸在水中剝落了。早餐很少，不適合過敏原。早餐區太黏了，我的人字拖直接脫掉了！客房服務人員將在退房時間前開門，無需敲門。他們將繼續每隔幾分鐘敲門一次，直到結帳。以非常有壓力的方式開始新的一天。

值得入住的好飯店。我們附近有很多商店。如果你想省點錢，這是奧蘭多的好地方。

I gave these ratings during the first time we stayed, which was good. However I would say that the most recent attempted stay (Dec 11-17) did not happen because when we arrived at the front desk to check in, we were awfully surprised that Comfort Inn cancelled our reservation without informing us and then they told us that they could not confirm a refund because we booked through ******* (keep in mind that the reservation was active on ******* app, but the hotel apparently cancelled it on their system….very chaotic and poor). As a result of this, we had to call ******* and I stayed more than half hour speaking with a representative to sort out the issue (albeit traveling since the night before, so we were already in a mental and physical fatigued state) with no place to stay. ******* eventually sorted out the refund issue but told us that it was best we look online again to rebook a new reservation, which we did and we eventually took out luggages out of the lobby, loaded into our rental car and ended up booking in another establishment in a downtown Orlando.

Property was good, about what you’d expect for a comfort inn. The only issues we had with our room was 1. The toilet flushed on its own over and over making a lot of noise. 2. The black out curtains didn’t stay closed so we had light peaking through the room all night and morning. Free breakfast was a nice amenity, waffles were a win with the kids.

The guy at check in had terrible service. He kept telling me I didn’t have a reservation even after I told him I booked months in advance and had called that morning to let them know we were arriving late that night. After pulling out my phone to show the reservation did he finally refresh his list and say oh there you are . No one there spoke English that we encountered. Elevator was broken the whole time we were there for 4 nights.
