奧蘭多市中心皇冠假日酒店(Crowne Plaza Hotel Orlando Downtown, an IHG Hotel)

游泳池很臟，有黴菌，像粘液一樣黑色，到處都是蜥蜴，我們不能使用它。 他們告訴我們早餐是歐陸式的，他們收取全額宴會費用。 房間還可以，但淋浴噴水到處都是， 窗户很臟。

The room was nice . We enjoyed our stay and check in was very smooth

Check in lady at the front counter was obnoxious. Got defensive with every question I asked her. Valet guys were great! Front desk needs to take customer service lessons from the valet guys. House keeping in the morning was even more obnoxious. Pushing chairs around on the tile floors; slamming doors. There was nothing comfortable about this place. The pictures online and even inside of the hotel are not the rooms you actually get to stay in.

I will NOT a stay here a second time that’s for sure. Did not get the room we booked and for the rate we were significantly downgraded and stayed nothing they could about it as they were booked full due to football weekend. Well, then don’t overbook your rooms!! Air conditioner didn’t work. “Fixed” it the next day but still was not working and had to replace the whole unit and it finally worked. Asked for discount due to all of this and only comped our valet charges. Nothing for the room being downgraded. Don’t walk anywhere at night, homeless people all around area of hotel. Stay out of the city and drive in instead!

I must confess I was bit bit disappointed. The property felt and looked a bit "tired" - it's best days had passed. Renovations are supposedly scheduled, but that is in the future. Furniture was all chipped and a bit "dated", esp bathroom. As a "Priority" member, I was disappointed that breakfast was not included for the price. "Snack" area at reception often smelled like microwaved popcorn. Not likely to stay here in immediate future. Was a bit offended as "Priority" member and a "senior" to have $50 per night additional fee "held" at check-in for incidentals.

My shirt was burned because of the broken Iron and it wasn’t even changed or compensated!
