奧蘭多會展中心環球大道長住美國酒店(Extended Stay America Suites - Orlando - Convention Center - Universal Blvd)

Horrible hotel. Filthy rooms. Hair all over the bed, all over bathroom, all over the kitchen. Kitchen was filthy. Floor in the room was sticky. "Droppings" under the mattress when I checked for bed bugs. Nasty place. Room smelled musty. "Breakfast" was pitiful. Nutrigrain bars or packs or oatmeal.

This hotel is OK if you plan on staying for a week or more, saving money, and doing nearly everything yourself. This hotel is severely understaffed and underserviced. The front desk host is very often away from the desk doing the laundry or other various chores. I called the front desk 6-7 times and they only answered once. When there were no extra linens in the room for the pull out couch, the front desk offered 1 flat sheet and a wool blanket. No fitted sheet or extra pillows were available. The grounds and parking lot have a lot of litter. the included "breakfast" was a basket of granola bars and muffins.

I have stayed at this hotel every time I have come to Orlando! The carpet in the room was very dirty! The pop and ice machine was out of service at the same time! This will probably be my last time booking this hotel! The staff is the high light of the hotel!!!

We stay in the past in this hotel, we have three kids and like the fact that the rooms te spacious and have two beds and a sofa bed, but this time around the sofa bed was impossible to use it was dirty, stain and found some blood drops on it. We asked to have it replace but no luck. Very disappointed we like the hotel, staff is always very nice and polite. But won’t be staying there again.

I would srongly discourage families from staying here. Its not a safe place for children and its far from clean! We had to go buy cleaning supplies hust to make it somewhat ok. The managaer was really nice but the activity they have going on at this hotel is definitely not ok. There were tons of DIFFERENT people coming and going in and out of 2 rooms down the gall. There were people hanging outside, im not sure if they were staying there or if they were homeless. The doors were always pripped open. The stairways are disgusting as well as all the alcohol bottles on the properties. We had a cocktoach in our room and later seen them in the stairway dead, and crawing in the vackdoor. The kitchen sink and barhroom sink had a problem draining.the dishwasher didnt work and the front desk worker did not inform us that we needed to request dishes for our room as well as he did not mention when breakfast was nor were we able yo get ved sheets for the pull out couch the first night. This hotel could use a feep cleaning as well as the carpets shampooed. When walking baredoot expect your feet to be black.

Nice big rooms, liked the setup. Couch bed very uncomfortable but my daughter slept on it without being pulled out. Convenient to Sea world and icon park. Breakfast was disappointing only granola bars, muffins & coffee.

The continental breakfast was literally nutrition bars and coffee. Don’t expect cereal, bagels and eggs. The walls were super thin, and there was a party happening in the hallway. However, bed was comfy and the water was hot, so for the one night, it was fine. I wouldn’t want to to stay more than that.

This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. When we arrived there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. We stood there for about 7 minutes and then I yelled “hello” and a man came out from around the wall. I told him we were checking in. After checking us in I parked and went to find my rooms (we rented 2 rooms). After reaching the inside of the hotel halls I realized it was very dirty (socks and trash in halls). I went to the first room and realized there was a big stain on the sheet and the room stunk. The second room was equally as dirty/stinky. I searched for blankets, sheets, and pillows for the pull out bed but there wasn’t any. I called to the front desk multiple times but no one answered. Finally after about the 8th time, someone answered. I asked about the sheets and blankets for the sofa bed and the man informed me they don’t provide them, but if I wanted I could come down to get some. I went down and got them. After getting the blanket/sheet issue taken care of I was ready for bed. While laying in bed, I could hear yelling and music. The toilet ran all night long, and in the morning when my daughter went pee in it, then tried to flush it, it wouldn’t go down. The entire 3rd floor that we were on smelled like ********* and smoke. There were people yelling and arguing all nigh long.
