First thing i had a reservation since February because my flight got delay Saturday july 15 2023 they re-sold my room to some else. Then we had to sleep in the lobby for 1 hour until the overnight personnel got us a temporary room 1 hour late because they was going to start services breakfast they didn't want us sleeping in the lobby/ dinning area. That same morning someone stole my luggage in front of the temporary room by the lobby, i requested to speak to the manager they told i have to wait until monday morning at 7am. I finally got my suite sunday afternoon after 3pm this is poor customer services. Then morning come around the front desk name fania didn't know when would the manager would be in,she gave a business card I email the lady she reply back on Tuesday told without a police report they couldn't do nothing. So tuesday i demand to see the manager the front desk manager Raymond soltren that she step out for 2-3 hour don't know when she coming back, at this i called the police they never came did my police report and still waiting for answers or at least set me up with a voucher nothing they don't care. Prior to me leaving this place which was until july 25 2023, over the weekend they disabled my room card for 2 days making it more frustrated to get in into my suite which was paid for the next 10 days, everyday i had to requested to bring toiletries. Very bad services coming from management they dont care about people.
