迪士尼大佛羅里達水療度假村(Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa)

We went for Christmas. We had a large family trip and this was the only time that worked for our school and work schedules. The villas were very quiet and peaceful even during this super busy time. The resort was quieter from 12/22-12/24. It looks like more guests arrive for the week between Christmas and New Years. It got very busy on the 26, 27, 28. The resort is extremely clean and upkept. The only difficulty was the Villas front desk staff. They had an attitude of "not my problem" even though they were fully in charge of booking rooms. We stayed in two different levels, a deluxe studio for 3 nights and then a 2-bedroom for the remaining 7 days of our stay when additional family members joined us. They gave us the worst room for our studio stay. It was much smaller than the other studios and was supposed to be lakeview (which costs more), which you could only see if you strained your neck. It was also located on the 1st floor. It was not the nice room we envisioned. I don't know that I would ever spend more for a better view given what they booked us in. Then for the 2-bedroom stay, they again tried to place us in the worst room in the building. I refused and said we would wait for another room to become available... They gave me a lot of attitude, said they could not accommodate, that nothing else was available... yet miraculously they found 2 other room options within 5 minutes. This was our first stay at the villas at DVC members, I did not expect that on a welcome home visit, they would try to stick us in the very worst rooms. It was incredibly disappointing. When you spend over $40,000 on DVC you don't expect to get the bottom of the barrel at a deluxe resort.

Out first time at a Disney resort hotel, we decided to go for a Delux category to ensure we had the best experience. But Delux apparently means a dull room in and souless building on a large compound. The staff were friendly but couldn't handle complaints at all. The room has no complimentary water, the mini bar was empty. No iron and board. The in rooms coffee pods (not Nespresso) was beyond execrable. The steam room in the spa was only available if you book a treatment.

No room service or any ability to get food past 12 am. Disney is no good anymore, they have no apologies or effort to help me eat after returning from the park at midnight starving from walking and spending money in their parks. You can stay at the ritz for less money with better amenities.

We stayed for 3 days with our extended family and are disappointed with this venue. The prices are skyrocketing high, the place massively overcrowded. We were unable to get into most restaurants, long lineups, bookings required days in advance, and the restaurants we managed to get in after long waits, were glorified cafeterias at best with mass produced poor quality foods served by tired burned out appearing staff. Fighting the masses and having to wait long for services was very disappointing and stressful for our family.

Uma bagunça a recepção, não acham minha reserva , a chave para de funcionar toda hora, perco muito tempo na recepção. É desorganizado, demora o atendimento e me sinto mal tratada. O restaurante vive lotado, temos que esperar 45 minutos ou até mais. Deixei meu passaporte no cofre, aí a chave não funciona, eles me conhecem mas tenho que provar minha identidade. Hoje bem no meu aniversário perdi mais de 30 minutos para resolver estas questões.

好吧，你對這個度假村有什麼想說的！我們選擇這裡作為我們購買迪士尼度假俱樂部的度假勝地，我們的決定得到了充分的證明。雖然 DVC 部分與大佛羅裡達度假村主樓是分開的，但您仍然可以使用度假村內的所有設施。豪華單間公寓面積適中，配有大床、一張雙人墨菲床和一張單人墨菲床，還有一間寬敞的浴室和小廚房。我們可以看到美麗的湖景，步行 5 分鐘即可到達主泳池。您可以從小碼頭附近欣賞夜間煙火的壯麗景色，還可以聆聽煙火湧入度假村時發出的音樂和聲音。唯一的小批評是枕頭非常硬。如果能有枕頭選單來確保一夜好眠就太好了！總而言之，這是一個很棒的度假村，我們很快就會回到“家”！

L’hotel più vicino a Disneyworld Magic Kingdom. Ci si può andare anche a piedi o con la navetta treno o con la barca. Ottima location per vedere i fuochi d’artificio serali. E questi sono i plus Buona la piscina aperta fino a tardi . Tutto il settore alberghiero e’ imbarazzante rispetto ai costi esorbitanti. Nella nostra camera, nell’armadio abbiamo trovato i gadget di Disney della famiglia che c’era prima di noi (grazie!) Servizio alberghiero per un posto così isolato assolutamente di basso livello e con prezzi carissimi Uno dei ristoranti ha aria condizionata freddissima per fare in modo che uno se ne vada in fretta. Operai che lavoravano tutto il giorno a ristrutturare con ponteggi etc Niente ma niente di riferimenti a Disney all’interno dell’hotel…o magari noi non l’abbiamo trovato vista la vastità del posto. Per amore dei figli certe cose si fanno ma poi sono scappato a downtown dove sono stato da Dio, mangiato bene e dormito più largo

El hotel es espectacular, la atención es maravillosa, los cuartos recién remodelados son mágicos. La comida deliciosa, es un hotel muy cómodo que te brinda todas las opciones para una deliciosa estancia en Disney. Lo recomiendo mucho para viajes en familia. No se pierdan los huevos benedictinos.
