奧蘭多市中心雅樂軒酒店(Aloft Orlando Downtown)

This hotel was way over-priced for the quality and age of the building. The room fronted a main drive and you can clearly hear all the traffic noise from my 3dr floor unit. Worse, the shower had scorching hot water and no way to mix it with cold. I spoke with the front desk attendant, said he would send maitenance, and no one showed up to fix the problem. Will not be staying here again.

I am pretty pissed off actually. First the hotel cancelled my reservation the day I was suppose to check in. Then charged me way more for the 2 nights I was staying there.I now have several charges on my credit card as well from the property. I am in the hotel/resort bizz and I can tell you I am really upset at the level of poor service I received.I asked to speak with a front desk manager and I was told he is busy right now.just awful communication.I will be reaching out to their corporate office.

LOUDEST hotel ever. I understand street noise but twice we were jolted awake by a noise that sounded like a power drill in the room. We heard every toilet flush in the surrounding rooms & a strange persistent beeping like an alarm clock . Exhausted the next day. Our relatives were at the other end of the hall & also heard the “drill” noise & the beeping.

Employees kind of rude, not very clean in the room, access to the property not very friendly. Also got woken up at 1 am by a drunk couple took more than 1h for them to be taken care of.

The hotel staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean and exactly as described. The only issue we had when we arrived was where to park however we learned that the parking options are either valet or a nearby parking garage. We only stayed one night as we came for a Magic vs Sixers game at the Kia Center which was right down the street. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the downtown Orlando area.

After an event we attended, we went to the bar for a cocktail. The bartender seemed more interested in ending his night. He was not friendly and made us feel that we should just go to our room.

The front desk staff and valet were extremely pleasant and friendly. Room Was clean and the accommodations were as advertised. It was our first stay at an Aloft brand, but will use them in the future!

I prepaid for my room in advance instead of just “reserving my room” as I wanted to guarantee that I had a room with 2 queen beds. I paid the 385 dollars weeks ago in an effort to avoid any issues at check in. Well when I checked in they had given my room away and only had a room with 1 bed, which is exactly why I prepaid so that I could avoid this exact situation. Traveling with 2 other men made this room and situation impossible. I was told I would get 25% of my room cost credited back to me and it never happened. The toilet in the room didn’t properly flush and they couldn’t fix it until after we checked out. Completely unacceptable for a hotel and property at this price range and “quality level” Super disappointed and not happy that I never got the credit towards my bill I was promised
