100% recommend! Very clean. Has a pool and breakfast included ❤️

When i first arrived to check in. The staff was having a conversation. I had to wait until they was finish for someone to help me. I’m not hard to miss. I’m 6’5 but whatever. I get my room keys and go drop my stuff of cause i had plans. Fast forward to end of night. I get to my room around 10pm. I start to clean and sanitize the room as i do when i check into any hotel. I notice the sheets on bed are dirty and bed is not even made properly. I pull back sheets and they have stains on them. I call front desk and Erik the one who was working at the desk. Tells me i have to change my own sheets cause no staff is available. I go down to get my sheets. And he gives me sheets that aren’t even folded and look like they been clean. It’s late I’m tired I’m like ok. I pull sheets and bed cover off and bed is full of stains from red color , yellowish, golden and brownish. I go back down stairs and ask for another room. No rooms available and he says he can’t help. 11:15 and I’m trying to see if there’s another hotel in area. He doesn’t offer to call management and tells me management will be in tomorrow at 3pm. I go back downstairs cause i book through ******* and they tell me that someone has to ok us being moved. I see Erik is gone and another lady is in. She was very nice and very helpful. She moved me to another room for the night. I can’t remember her name but she worked from 11-7am. Very hospitable and helpful. Move to another room. This room smell like wet mop.

Lindo hotel... limpio... habitaciones amplias con buena refrigeradora, microondas y hasta lavaplatos.....Baño muy aseado y con los implementos como jabón y shampoo....personal muy amable y atentos.

The hotel is fairly new, so I was expecting for it to be in decent condition. It was definitely a nice hotel. My review is average and not stellar because housekeeping didn’t return like they said they would and the staff definitely need a class or two in hospitality. The other people staying at the hotel were nicer than the staff. That’s a problem.

Front desk people where great. Room 208 on arrival was not completely finished. Pillows not on sofa sleeper. While the bed was made instead of a duvet between the sheets there was a mattress pad. The sink in the bathroom drained slowly. The bed had only 3 pillows that where a bit worn. ( other hotels have had 4.)

Horrible con la recepcionista! Nos dieron un cuarto que las cortinas no cerraban y la claridad era mucha no nos pudieron cambiar de cuarto , tuvieron actitudes y no fueron nada serviciales.

Great breakfasts. The breakfast attendant was our favorite (very friendly and kind). We did request our room to be serviced and got berated by one of the ladies at the front desk that they wouldn’t clean or provide bed linens and towels daily. We were there 8 days and only scheduled one cleaning and they didn’t clean, but came on days we didn’t schedule. I think it would be beneficial to work out a better process for arranging cleaning and requesting linens.

The female employee who was working alone on a very busy night was extremely patient, competent and pleasant. Management needs to step it up with coverage to provide a much better check in experience for guests. Ridiculous to leave one person at the check in desk on such a busy night. Stellar employee who is a huge asset to the hotel!

Bed was horrible. Bed frame larger than mattress. Scrape my leg on frame. Under kitchen sink, water leaking under sink and onto floor. Almost fell. Spare roll of paper towels under sink soaked and moldy as if no one checked for a leak in quite a while. Will never return.
