Duramos 1 hora para poder. Entrar a las habitaciones ya que no estaban limpian, el elevador estaba dañado y tenía que subir por la escalera para un 4 piso con niños pequeños, la persona de la limpia toco una sola vez y no espero que le abriera la puerta y entro yo estaba en ropa interior, es una falta de respeto…

Worst hotel accommodation and they treated me like crap. Had 2 rooms for a week. And they ripped me off for a one night in another room. Made me pay 100 more that what trip.com advertisement at counter. Hotel wouldn't refund. Ill never use either again

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay in Orlando if you have your own transportation. I will say that it is decently far from the airport, so you need to carefully decide if it is close to what you want to see. The pool, water slides, and hot tub were great for both kids and adults. My children also loved the arcade and movie theater. We came in the off-season so most of the food options in the hotel were closed, so you should definitely check if those will be open if that is an important consideration to you. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and service was great as well. We will be back!

Great place to stay with your family and friends!

The hotel was very dirty and the staff for house keeping were not even there

Hotel pool was closed for repair, checking in took almost an hour. Could not sleep due to guest yelling and swearing after 11 pm had to call security to get them to stop. Breakfast was 60 $ for 2 people when it was advertised for 19$ a person. Could not get a seat by the water park way over crowded. Had to ask maintenance for toilet paper and find a maid for towels. Hotel fees were double what was advertised. Very upset may never use this app again
