To be completely honest I hardly ever complain and am willing to be adaptable and reasonable with nearly any circumstance, but this property is a tragedy. Upon entering the property for the first time to check in, my family and I were greeted with a very poor smell in the lobby (dirty carpets and poor ventilation) as well as very limited staff. When asked to check in to the two rooms I had booked weeks prior to my arrival, I was told that only one of them is available. It is tremendously frustrating only being able to get one room (from the one you wanted and paid for) after the fact I was already charged for two. However, we were able to adapt and get another room that was available in the property that had one less bed. The carpets in the hallways and rooms are smell atrocious, and it was almost unbearable. If I hadn’t been staying there for such brief time since I was only out of town for a short weekend, I would’ve never gone through with remaining in that property. The staff understands wholeheartedly that they are below par and try to help in the ways they can, but are limited in the fact that the property is beyond saving and is very run down. Disappointing.
