奧蘭多公園廣場酒店 - 温特帕克(Park Plaza Hotel Orlando - Winter Park)

This property was a let down. From the outside it looks so pretty you would expect a pleasant room especially for the high cost. The location is great but that is about it. I was sick to my stomach by the time I left because this hotel smells so bad. This is not charming it is rundown inside and should spend some money to update these rooms. I would never stay here again.

Fabulous location and the staff was super friendly and helpful BUT the condition of this hotel is horrible and they use the "historical" excuse for things being in poor repair. Even if 100 years old (and because it is 100 years old) updating to accommodate reasonable expectations for travelers is needed. If the price-point was lower might accept dusty/musty and impossibly small bathroom with old plumbing and old furniture with stained upholstery but they charge going prices for much nicer properties nearby.

Mi estancia me fue bien, el hotel al ser viejo le hace falta mucho mantenimiento, el cobro del valet se me hace un poco caro, éramos 3 personas en la habitación y solo había dos toallas y al pedir otra primero no había estaban esperando a que llegaran y luego en lugar de toalla nos dieron tapete de baño

This is advertised as a "boutique"hotel. A more apt description would be that it is old and in need of renovation. There was a musty smell in our room, black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom (no fan to evacuate the humidity). There was a 2 inch cement step up to the bathroom from the bedroom - perfect for stubbing one's toe. The door to the balcony was stuck and difficult to open but I didn't want to push too hard for fear of breaking the door. The bed and linens were very good though.

This property was in a prime location in Winter Park. The staff was friendly and the hotel was unique with lots of history and charm. It had a beautiful balcony that you could sit out and enjoy the weather and the activity along Park Avenue. It was wonderful.

Very old. Floor creaky. Heard a train. Should’ve realized when I say ear plug. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. The staff were nice and accommodating

Love the location and the "old time" feeling of the Park Plaza Hotel. Staff was really nice (they may be the owners) and although the room was small it had a great atmosphere.

It’s a tour through history in a once very posh hotel. Staff is very courteous. It is in a nice neighborhood downtown winter park with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. My room was a little small but the price wasn’t. I enjoyed it.

Only Hotel in Winter Park. Very nice but really old but that is the character of this hotel. Lighting in lobby seemed dim but again that was part of the character. Staff was very nice. The one section of the room floor seemed a little sticky but other than that everything was great. Didn't see any ice available or vending machine for sodas or snacks. All in all this is a prime location for a hotel as it is in the middle of Winter Park hot spot. Definitely get a balcony room! I would go back again if the price is right. I stayed Christmas Eve 2023.
