奧蘭多市中心Residence Inn 酒店(Residence Inn Orlando Downtown)

Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The amenities in this hotel are next too none. Highly recommend this location.

Awesome staff here! Room was a great size and as we were in town for a wedding they were very accommodating of our request to check in early and check out late. Greatly appreciate the team here!!

We held a weekend mentoring program here and it was perfect. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. We'll be back for sure!

This is my go to place when in Orlando. Staff is great. Hotel is convenient.

Front desk made no effort to get us into the room even by 4pm, they were supposed to call when room was ready never did. Very inconvenient to have to change in my car for an event that evening. Then it was literally the noisiest room i have ever stayed in. For over $300, traffic woke us up by 5:30am. Pretty expense night to get no sleep. Then no breakfast or food options at all promptly removed by 9am.

The room was great but so far from the elevator for a handicap room.

We didn’t stay. A room was booked that they did not have available even @5pm and hour after regular check in. We cancelled our stay

Actually the staff wasn't very nice or friendly. I asked them to please change the linens in our room and the toilet paper roll holder was broken. Also there was blood on a couple of towels that was supposed to be clean. Not satisfied with my stay.

Place is right in the middle of downtown so very nicely located. Staff is not very friendly or helpful. Breakfast was same option every day for a week and not very good.
