We have stayed at this hotel at least 8 times in the past two years. We have never had any issues. This trip was much different. Starting with no one at the front desk and waiting for 13 minutes before an employee came to check us in. When she did come, she was immediately rude. Then we were charged for parking. We have never been charged parking, 8 other stays. This time it was $10/vehicle/day. I find this to be unnecessary. If they want to monitor people parking in the lot it could be as simple as a tag for the window, not charging. There are no other parking options, so this is a gouge. Once we were ready to take showers we find that we are short 3 towels. Not a huge issue as we can ask for more, but dealing with the rude front desk clerk wasn’t ideal. This has been our go to hotel for weekend visits to Orlando, but we will look elsewhere next time.
