奧蘭多海洋世界歡朋套房酒店(Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando at Seaworld)

The person in charge of checking in wanted to charge me again even though it had already been deducted from my credit card. Arguing that they did not charge the hotel before but at that moment. It was an unpleasant moment. I had to log into my bank card account and also into my hotel account to show that I had already paid and it still said no. Quite unpleasant timing and it was too late at night to contact you. I hope this complaint is handled well.

The location is awesome. Close to everywhere. Was not impressed with not having daily service in room. When asking about when room would cleaned, I was informed that if I read this small photo copied piece of paper in the key card holder, I would see a request to get room serviced, a request needed to be made the day before.

It was a nice stay. Wish they could do something about the air freshener inside the room. Each time I’d enter the room, there’s be an unpleasant smell. I would spray my deo before leaving but the weird smell would be back when I entered the room in the night. Otherwise it was a fine stay. Overpriced maybe

It was a nice two night kind of hotel but theres a weird smell on the carpet in the room when you first come into it and then goes away and the breakfast hours are pretty short and inconvenient for most. Other than that its a good average hotel

Stayed here for night when we had our business meeting at orange convention center. Where well accommodate, comfortable beds great breakfast! Just keep in mind that you have to pay for your vehicle parking too.

We have stayed at this hotel at least 8 times in the past two years. We have never had any issues. This trip was much different. Starting with no one at the front desk and waiting for 13 minutes before an employee came to check us in. When she did come, she was immediately rude. Then we were charged for parking. We have never been charged parking, 8 other stays. This time it was $10/vehicle/day. I find this to be unnecessary. If they want to monitor people parking in the lot it could be as simple as a tag for the window, not charging. There are no other parking options, so this is a gouge. Once we were ready to take showers we find that we are short 3 towels. Not a huge issue as we can ask for more, but dealing with the rude front desk clerk wasn’t ideal. This has been our go to hotel for weekend visits to Orlando, but we will look elsewhere next time.

Great property. Booked last minute to stay in the area. Hotel was super clean, easy parking, and check in was a breeze. While the hotel was packed we never heard anyone, very quiet. Breakfast was included, smaller options but just enough to get you through. Will defiantly stay again when in the area again.

Love the room was cozy bed was comfortable it was quiet I’d booked with Hamptom again
