環球大道奧蘭多租賃度假酒店(Orlando Resort Rentals at Universal Boulevard)

The room was renovated and new appliances. Bed slept wonderful and plenty of room to spread out for the 4 of us. Convenient to Publix and the convention center. My only constructive feedback to help for next time is the floors needed to be cleaned, and I had to call several times to request an extension of our stay before arrival. Apparently the property management company doesn’t have access to a computer to make the change. Other than that - highly recommend for families and do plan to stay here again.

Conditions of the condo when we checked in: Part of the inside wall of the microwave oven was gone, washer/dryer did not work, the inner curtain in the second bathroom had a big hole in it, knives lacked sharpness and could not be used, the safety box was closed and could not be used. I never had seen a short-term rental property in such a condition in my life.

Our visit at Vista Cay perfectly aligned with our visits to Discovery Cove, Sea World & Universal Studios. The room was clean and everything was well equipped for our pool visits and a few small meals.

I liked how clean and updated the condo was. It was very quiet and peaceful. They had all the amenities you would need and the pool were huge. I would definitely stay there again.

What I didn't like is that is NOT A RESORT AT ALL ITS A SCAM. Its an apar**ent complex booking apar**ents like Airbnb. This was a complete scam and the pictures were lies too. We didn't even stay at the Vista Cay on Universal Boulevard. I ended up getting charged over $300 for rental and cleaning fees by a different property management group. We were literally made to walk to a completely different location across the street because they don't have carts unless you are going on a lease tour. Oh the pictures are of Vista Cay but again we didn't stay on that property. You may have neighbors because it appears to be a residential property not a real resort. I was given 3 addresses for where the location was. Don't try and contact ******* because their customer service was horrible. Due to them not informing me this was not a real resort they released my information to a vendor who I didn't know existed until a different vendor who we checked in with told me I was charged in error by them and would have to leave that first apar**ent. We were told to check the email for instructions for the place we were supposed to stay in. Funny thing I don't remember it stating that in anything ******* sent me for the booking. Had I known I was booking an Airbnb I would have I would have done so for less money than I spent to be stuck across the street in an apar**ent complex pretending to be a resort. If you have a need to book a resort this is not it!! Just book thru Airbnb TRUST ME!!!

Beautiful condo, spacious, with comfortable beds and a full kitchen. Location is pretty good - it's a quiet area, not too much in walking distance, but its a short drive to most of the tourist spots in Orlando. Would definitely stay again.
