奧蘭多凱藝酒店 - 近環球大道(Quality Inn Orlando-Near Universal Blvd.)

The location was great, and the price per night was amazing, super cheap. I prefer budget hotels to big brand ones, but you have to know what to expect and be ok with it. I was extremely happy with our stay.

Vor 5 Jahren war es unter dem alten Management ein gutes Mittelklass Hotel/Motel! Heute das Gegenteil, nicht nur die Zimmer sind in einem schrecklichen Zustand, sondern auch alles rundum! Richtig abgefackt, das Personal kein Interesse oder viel unkenntnis! Vorwiegend der heutigen Gäste passen in dieses Chaos! Sehr einfache und lautstarke stark Pigmentierte! Ob es mitten in der Nacht ist oder am Tag. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Foi ok, mas não aconselho ninguém a ficar. Me deu até medo! Parecia que eu estava em um filme de gangues. E o mais incrível de tudo, fica ao lado do Surfside - hotel em que eu fiquei a semana toda. Precisava apenas de 1 noite a mais e resolvi ficar no Quality que no Brasil é um hotel ok. Já esse de Orlando, apesar da equipe ser simpática, é um hotel horrível, com cheiro de cigarro, totalmente não aconselho - melhor pagar um hotel mais caro.

Hicimos check-in y el cuarto que nos dieron tenía un olor súper fuerte a cigarrillo, tanto así que pedí que me cambiaran de cuarto, en la ap dice que hay desayuno disponible y cuando preguntamos nos notificaron que no daban desayuno que lo sentían, lo úico bueno es que no cobran el depósito de $100 dólares por daños a la propiedad, solo tecoban un. Cargo de $9 al hacer el check-in adicionales a los de la estadía que se reserva! De todo lo demás, lo que me gustó es que está en un buen punto y hay opciones frente al hotel para poder desayunar y cenar a pie si no tienes transportación como nosotros que fuimos a un viaje de escapada de solo 2 días para pareja!

Deben remodelar toda la propiedad y eliminar que incluye desayuno no está disponible está cerrado. No volvería a quedarme

Terrible... Mal la limpieza, cucarachas por toda la habitación, malos olores, pésimo el aire acondicionado.

At the arrival of the site the sealing was dirty and falling apart. The parking lot was dark and there was not security around. The room was dirty, hairs on the pillows the sealing was stain and one of the beds was broken. The tv was not working and there was not phone on room to contact front desk. The shower was falling apart, making a mess since the shower head could not be position correctly. The toilet was dirty and towels were not change. We try to asked for more towels but there was no one in the front desk and the policy wouldn’t allowed them. At midnight there were knocks at the door in the most weird way and as stated before no phone to call front desk to see what was happening. Online says included breakfast but there was no breakfast at all no matter the time and the closest to it was a gas station next to the hotel. In general a really bad experience.
