Très bien, bon rapport qualité/prix et excellent service

Nice clean hotels well located

Parfait pour passer des vacances en famille. Tout est accessible autour de l'hôtel Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable . La piscine est trop petite par contre, on aurait souhaité qu'elle ferme à 23h au lieu de 22h pour en profiter un peu. Le petit déjeuner était bon le personnel aussi. Merci, on reviendra.

Les heures de dejeuner sont restreintes ma famille et moi avons du aller dejeuner au restaurant un matin car c’était plein ce qui a apporté des frais supplémentaires. De plus, le remboursement du montant de sécurité sur la carte de crédit est long avant d’être fait. Personne ne parlait français à mon arrivé.

The breakfast buffet was not much of a buffet. We stayed for 2 nights and found the same thi by on both days. The cinnamon buns were never replenished, the eggs, hashbrown and sausage pan had nothing in it for 20 minutes before they were replaced. They have a pancake machine and it wasn’t working for at least 30 minutes on both days. We spent over an hour at the ‘buffet’ and had to leave to eat breakfast at Tim Hortons. Pretty bad service.

I had a great stay. The booking was quick and easy online and the check-in was seamless. All of the staff were very friendly, knowledgable and happy to offer help or recommendations. The room was great. It was large, had black out blinds, was soundproof and had great lighting. There was a safe and alot of accessibility features available. The hotel provided Dove hand soap and moisturizer, on top of Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The shower had great pressure and no drainage issues. The tv was large, clear and had normal cable tv options. The breakfast had a large variety and was very fresh. They used wooden utensils to replace the plastic. It was very easy to find, walking distance to most things you may need easy to access from the major highway. I did not have time to try out the pool but I am sure it would not disappoint.

Très bien, mais il avait mal calculer leur déjeuner et nous avons pas eu assez de nourriture pour tout le monde. Le déjeuner était inclus mais n’avais peu de choix et manque de place pour s’assoir tellement il y avait du monde

Personnel très accueillant et courtois! Nous sommes une famille de 5 et avions deux lits Queen et un divan-lit, ce qui était parfait! En plus du micro-ondes directement dans la chambre pour faciliter notre séjour!

Stains on the sofas and beds, smelly carpets, and washrooms were dirty. Our first time staying at holiday inn and very disappointing one. Breakfast seemed like just for face saving with disposable/ plastic utensils. Only good thing was front counter staff very polite and welcoming.
