羅切斯特梅奧診所區原住客棧(Residence Inn Rochester Mayo Clinic Area South)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn Marriott. The staff was courteous and helpful, and offered recommendations for dining in the surrounding area. They offer a free shuttle back and forth to the Mayo Clinic and St. Mary’s, which was much appreciated m, considering the cost to park and valet at the Clinic was a bit expensive. The shuttle driver, Alex, was a pleasure to talk to every day on our trips back and forth.

Hôtel récent, bien placé et proche de toutes commodités. Le séjour n’a pas très bien commencé car on devait avoir un canapé-lit pour nos enfants : il était bien là, mais pas déplié et lit pas fait. On a donc demandé du linge de lit à l’accueil et on a fait tout ça nous-mêmes… Chambre grande, avec une kitchenette. Le ménage et le changement de serviettes n’est pas fait tous les jours, il faut demander. On a eu un problème dans la salle de bain ; les lumières ne s’allumaient plus, et il a fallu demander plusieurs fois pour que ça soit enfin réparé le lendemain. Petit-déjeuner pas mal mais pas transcendant. Avant la fin du séjour, j’ai vu que j’avais été débitée de plusieurs centaines de $ alors que tout avait été entièrement payé à la réservation. On m’a donné la carte de visite d’une responsable que j’ai contactée par mail ensuite, et j’ai été remboursée rapidement (mais pas un mot de la responsable en réponse à mon mail, pas même Hi-Sorry-Goodbye, j’ai trouvé ça moyen…)

The hotel was NOT very close to Mayo. It is the "new" hotel whereas the "older" hotel is the one just two blocks from the Clinic. This is not clear on the website for *******. We loved the hotel though as it was perfectly clean and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent with several egg/omelet dishes, bacon, cereals, oa**eal and toppings, muffins, fresh waffles, fruits, juices, coffee. Parking was included. Two restaurants were just across the parking lot, one Chinese noodle restaurant and a very, very noisy Buffalo Wild Wings. We ended up having our Mayo appoin**ents moved, so we were able to go home after our first day. The hotel manager said that it would not be a problem to have our room credited for the second night for which we had reservations. However, when she saw that we had booked through *******, she apologized and told us the ******* policy of NO refunds. Next time, we will stay at this Residence Inn, but we will book the reservation directly since medical stays often do have unexpected changes and we would have appreciated a refund for the second night that we ended up not needing.

I had surgery was thete for 5 days I had put my 2 meclaces on the desk lamp in my room one was my fathers ashes a memorial necklace the other a silver cross with a diamond. I had some effects of the anesthesia for weeks but I checked out and after driving 2 hours I remembered I left them on the desk lamp . We called they said they would look for them and call us back never got a call I called several times and no one wouldeven call back I went back for a check up a week later they made me sit in the lobby saying they were talking to employees for an hour then sent me home and saidthey would call never did. So they dont care if their staff steals they will just ignore the customer and give them the run around

Very spacious rooms. Clean. Quiet, no noise from outside room which is what we needed. Only downside was that the Bed was a little hard for our liking however we slept ok.

My daughter and I fully enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful. The front desk was amazing to us. The breakfast was perfect. The pool and hot tub were a great way to end our day of touring colleges. It is for sure a place we will come back to!

shower cabin design is not very functional. I understand it is simple and perhaps easy to fix. But it might be not easy to use for some people. We managed.

We have been more than totally satisfied with the experiences at the Residence Inn. Room is large and fully furnished, even with a dishwasher as well as the full-sized refrigerator. The Shuttle to the Mayo Clinic is wonderful. Thank you !

Great hotel. Easy to get to and good location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for two people. I was really happy with the kitchen, too. Nice walking path nearby.
