Our comfortable apartment has been completely renovated in the "Moutain Lodge Style".The apartment is on the 1st Floor of a residential building in the heart of Ortisei with access through the pedestrian zone.The spacious and bright apartment for 4 people (approx. 90 m²) consists of two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, two separate bathrooms with toilet and shower, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a living room with couch and corner bench, two 42 ' 'LED color TV with satellite reception, free WIFI, a sunny south-facing balcony with a view of the Dolomites and the village square "Raetia".Your vehicle (car) can be parked in one of the nearby garages for a fee of approx. 12 Euro per day. But what you'll like most of the villa is the extremely quiet location. Away from traffic, but close to the town-center, it lies in a unforgettable site above Ortisei. The skibus stop, from which you’ll reach easily the main lifts is about 50 meters from our house.It's our desire to offer you relaxing holidays in a familiar atmosphere.The rent includes all utilities such as initial supply of bed linen, towels and bath towels, water, electricity, heating and underground parking and the final cleaning of the flat. The tourist tax of 1,40 Euro per person and night is not included in the total price of your stay. On arrival day the apartment is available after 3 pm. On the departure day until 10 am.
