We chose this place purely on its close proximity to the station. Our stay turned out well. We used Imamiya station to go to a few places in Osaka including Nara Deer Park. As we spent 5 days in Osaka we appreciated the kitchen and laundry facilities provided. This helped us to try a variety of fruits like persimmons, pears and apples. Overall the rooms were spacious with wardrobe for storage.Tv was very basic though. We had most of our meals in Osaka City, however we came across a very good cafe (Cafe Kobina) about 8 minutes from the hotel. There was also a Daiso Home Centre about 100m away. This Daiso shop had just about everything, including Asics shoes-again, very convenient. All in all we thought the hotel served our needs well and would consider returning to Ostay Vermilion in future.
