奧什科什希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Oshkosh)

I recently stayed, as we normally do, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Oshkosh, WI a few weeks back. On my departure, I left a message for the Manager to contact me regarding a multi room stay I was planning for the future. She never returned my call. I phoned the hotel a week later and tried to contact her without joy and left another digital message. I called the following week yet again was met with the avoidance of not returning my message, Today I figured I'd try to reach out and still no return call. As a Diamond member that travels at least 50 nights per year, one would think that hotel management would appreciate contact with its Diamond members...for that, any of its customers to ensure satisfaction of the property. Not Happy. I did contact the Hilton Help Desk to have the manager contact me. 4 days have passed. Still contact. Who is running the hotel? Again not happy with this property.

Checkin was so easy. Emily is the best. She welcomed us and made sure our room was ready. We enjoyed visiting with her when she had time. We also used the on site laundry facilities and one of the washers kinda got a mind of its own. She gladly gave us a few dollars in quarters and a laundry pod so that we could use the other washer to finish our clothes. Everyone else was kind and welcoming as well. The room was very clean and kept clean during our stay. Emily also had great suggestions on where to eat as well and things to do. When returning to see a football game, we will defiantly stay again and hope to see our friend Emily again next year.

Nice spacious clean room. I was a Hilton Rewards member and received two free bottles of water. Emily who checked me in was delightful. Jackie at the bar is great to have a chat if you get a chance pay her a visit and tip well. Parking and check in were a breeze!

There are two things preventing this property from getting all 5 stars!! 1) Lack of restaurant 2) The Manager already has addressed the other! Customer Service at its' finest. The staff here has been together for so long, it truly feels like "Coming Home". Matt in the Morning, Emily in the Afternoon/Evening, along with Ms. Sue, Head "Homemaker"/HouseKeeper, keep this Hilton Garden Inn the one i most look forward to in my travels! Thanks to the above, along with Cameron for making us always at home!

Great location near the air museum we were visiting and friendly staff. I loved the outdoor patio area. It was a nice place to have coffee in the morning. A few minor issues-one elevator was out of service, as was the exercise facility. Also, our toilet seat was cracked, which isn't a big deal but such an easy thing to fix.

Great staff, location, and atmosphere. I will definitely be staying here again! The staff is welcoming and location is great! The hotel restaurant and bar is great for a quick meal and the breakfast is great.

If you forget or don't do it you don't get it. They have a sign by the front desk telling you this. So when you arrive at 11 pm at night and are tired you don't see it. Then they conveniently(for them) don't have to provide house keeping. This is a fail.

Unplanned overnight stay turned into an enjoyable short vacation which was made possible by the efficient, professional staff at the Oshkosh Hilton Garden Inn. The front desk was efficient and respectful in dealing with all of our last minute changes!

We were in Oshkosh visiting our daughter and this was our first time staying here. The staff was very pleasant and the hotel was very nice - just what I would expect from a Hilton. Our room was clean & very comfortable. I would definitely return the next time I am in Oshkosh.
