這家酒店坐落在俄斯特拉瓦的中心,距離Masaryk Square僅有很短的距離。我的房間窗戶對着後院,所以沒有街上的噪音(我住的那天,聖誕市場開始了,所以酒店周圍人很多,酒店前面有一個溜冰場,那裏播放着響亮的音樂)。入住和退房都很快,沒有任何問題。我房間的設備看起來有點舊,在我看來像是90年代的酒店房間,從那時起電影裏可以看到的那種。傢俱比較舊,很簡單,衛生間很小,牀挺軟的,適合我的口味。這裏很乾淨。我在酒店餐廳吃早餐。報價很寬,我所擁有的一切都很好吃。餐廳的氛圍非常愉快。酒店和餐廳工作人員很好,樂於助人。

Hotel is a SCAM with terrible service. I arrived on a 2 day business trip to the hotel, right from the first impression it didn't felt like a 4 star hotel. Room was very small with old (not in good way) furniture with no air condition and a small window that prevented most of the air to come inside. Later on I discovered that the hot water in the shower is not working, the front desk refused to believe me but after I insisted they said that they checked and the hotel's boiler is working and in the first floor there is hot water. I was explained that the pipes are old and I need some patience. After 10 minutes of cold water in the shower I asked to move to a different room in the first floor. The service desk refused and offered to fix the problem in the next day. I asked to leave the hotel due to the problem and get my money back. They agreed and told me it will be handled in the next morning. The next day they told me they have issues with the refund and it will take a few days. After I left the city I called again about the refund and they said that the manager decided not to refund me because there wasn't a problem. What a SCAM !!! avoid at all costs.

So, we chose this hotel for a business trip based on the existing reviews and were not disappointed. The hotel is in a great location to allow for exploration of the area to be able to eat and drink whilst out and about. It has a great bar and restaurant on site so you dont even need to do that. When you walk in, you really get a feel that you are somewhere special. The staff are smartly turned out, smiley, friendly and willing to help. They have put a lot of effort into this place, and it feels like a top end hotel. The breakfast selection was excellent, fresh and in abundance. There is something for everyone and lots of it. Very very nice and the staff are all over it. Clearing, cleaning, smiling etc. The room was perfect. I had the best 4 night's sleep and better than my actual bed at home. The room was clean and tidy. The shower was fantastic. A large rain head for above and the option of a handheld if you want to switch. I had a kettle, tea/coffee, water etc which for me is exactly what I want. The gym is small but has enough there to do a good workout. If, however you happen to go into there to do weight training, and there is someone lifting also, you will be very limited unless you want to politely switch between sets but that aside, it's a gym and provides running machines, dumbbells and a multi station etc. The cherry on top was the final morning we had to leave. We would not make the breakfast as we were leaving too early but the hotel prepared us a breakfast box each. That was seriously amazing. It contained a ton of stuff from ready-made roll, pre cut bread, butters, spreads, fruit, water, yoghurt, energy bar etc. I was so so impressed and that was a great touch. I honestly really really liked this place and the employees there need to be proud of what they are doing. Id highly recommend this place.

Hotel located in the city center. Customer service at a high level and very friendly. Spacious room, standard equipped, very clean and tidy. Downstairs, you can have a delicious breakfast in the morning or order dinner. At the reception, you can also buy regional products or jewelery from local artists. We are very pleased and if we ever stay in Ostrava it is for sure at Hotel Maria.

I recently spent a week here and found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and well-kept. The bed was just right, not too hard and not too soft. The bathroom was spotless. There were plenty of outlets and the lighting was more than sufficient. Reception was businesslike and professional. The breakfast offered had plenty of choices and was quite filling, especially as it was sometimes my only meal of the day. The only negatives were that the room was sometimes too hot and when ordering from the set menu in the restaurant at dinner, they were unwilling to accommodate dietary restrictions, telling us that no changes could be made. I would readily stay here again should my travels take me back to Ostrava in the future.

在奧斯特拉法中心外的完美地方,可以進行商務旅行過夜。坐車旅行,在酒店前面有一個停車場,無需收費。酒店本身和房間都非常漂亮,乾淨。它隔壁有一個很好的小餐館,但在同一棟樓內,非常適合晚餐。牀上用品和WIFI很棒。浴室,鋪了瓷磚,很有魅力。如果有什麼的話,房間有點暖和,但應該注意的是,我沒有嘗試調整這個。而且爲了蓋住,早餐很棒。在奧斯特拉法的其他機構呆過之後,我可以很安全地說,對於我公司津貼的價值,我肯定會回來的。

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights this July 2023 in time for the BFL festival. Here were a lot of peole but on reception was very fast check-in and very friendly and clever team. Room 426 was clean - good job from cleaner Lucy :) The beds were comfortable. Maybe some small fridge is missing here - I think that is normally in hotels. We looked forward to breakfast every day because the food was very delicious. Huge range - salt and sweet and all fresh, yummy. Eggs, pancakes, porridge, garlic soupe, yoghurt, vegetables, fruits, hams, cheese, desserts, nutella, peanut butter, much types of bakery products ... all what you need to eat. Great coffee and juice, teas Wonderful work all team in restaurant. Every day with a smile and friendly mood. Cleaning dishes from tables, additional foods and drinks. I was excited!! :) Very funny was the cat robot for collecting the dishes :D My feelings are very positive and not last visit in this hotel. I look forward to the next visit. 我第一次睡在BW Vista,我不能怪這家酒店80的外觀。我無法想象重新設計這樣一個巨大的房子,以更先進的,除了房間。是的,大走廊,樓梯,長走廊歡迎你。工作人員:非常友好和樂於助人,接待完美,虛張聲勢巨大,工作人員再次非常整潔和貼心。停車就在酒店門前監控攝像頭。安全。晚餐便宜:240的4道菜菜單,- CZK。不是最好的,不是最壞的。古爾酒80的玻璃,-和服務員非常好的人,非常有經驗。房間:很陳舊,移除平板液晶電視你會回到共產主義時代,也許當時＞我會在前門放4星。今天不行。我會獎勵2,也許是3星。總而言之:我可以向想要睡在安靜乾淨的房間,不要指望超級現代的酒店的商人推薦這家酒店。它當然不會冒犯你。
