Front desk staff was super friendly and really accommodating. When we arrived the room we were given did not have a working AC we were miserable for about an hour but after the gal at the front desk was able to talk to her supervisor we were moved to a different room. They were all really nice. We were sad the pool didnt work but our overall stay was pleasant.

The facility felt very dated like it was from the 70s but was tidy. It was 95 degrees plus weather and unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work properly in my room the first day. The facility was completely booked so they couldn’t move me and they couldn’t do anything to alleviate the heat. So my first day was a bit miserable. Thankfully they did end up changing the machine the following day. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and was offered at 5:30 - 9am which suited our schedule perfectly.

We booked this hotel for a funeral in town because it was the only one with a pool. Get there and the pool is full of leaves and trash, no water and a sign on the gate stating they didnt know when it would be open. Had i known this when booking, i would have stayed in the next town over that has multiple hotels with indoor pools.

Room appeared clean but old. Bathroom light was too dim, I had to plug tv as all appliances were not connected. Room was freezing as heater was off. All that wasn't so bad, but the room smelled humid. Very unpleasant smell. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable and had good breakfast.

This hotel was not clean enough. The carpet was very stained and dirty and not maintained. The room smelled very old and dirty. Our morning experience with breakfast was very disappointing Mercedes the front desk clerk made it pretty clear to us we had only 10 minutes to eat before everything was closing it was only 9:20am.Other family members arrive And she was very persistent to tell them that breakfast was over and could not eat! family continue to obtain there food and she came back again and said I’ll give you five more minutes rude and shutting the blinds keep in mind I open the blinds to have a view outside she said since we are closing I am going to close them!! I would love for her to learn some good customer service skills and that hotel will always have customers back!!! Never going to give my business to the quality INN IN OTHELLO.

There was a weird smell in the room and the toilet didn’t flush the best. But other than that, the rooms were fine for what they were and the staff was very helpful.

Staff was super friendly, breakfast was decent, wifi was stable. Check out was early as hell 11 am bring back 12 check out’s no indoor pool tv was staticy room was pretty clean though. Over all 8 1/2 / 10 would recommend

Our room was an rather odd set up. The corner table had a lamp shade hanging 4.5-5 ft off the ground above the chair, which we moved to sit in. The table top 2 burner cook top sits about 6 inches below a wooden shelf. The same wooden shelf sits on top of the sink handles making it unusable. The wood casing around the fridge is rotting and exposes bare wood. Had to call maintenance to shut off the bathtub faucet as it would not turn off. Our second night, the hotel hallways smelled of sewer.

Its ok you get what you pay for. I almost ate it about 5 times walking in and out on the ice, get some rocksalt please at least for the entrances.
