克瑞拉切文鄉村公園酒店&SPA的評價

I made the reservation at 12-07 arriving at about 3-15 - 3-30 and had requested an extra blanket but was told this was not possible because I had made the booking late and reception did not have any!! These are woodland cabins and I should have thought this would have been a common request and extra blankets readily available. The cabin was heated by a movable electric heater that took hours to warm the cabin. The doors closed with difficulty possibly because of repeated painting and there was paint over the metal handles. The outer door did not close from teh inside. There was no where to sit in the cabin and no free surface to set things as the only suitable surface, a desk, had a free standing TV on it. There was a wardrobe but it smelt fusty. The food was good but the service was slow because the restaurant seemed understaffed with teh barman helping as a waiter. The setting is beautiful and the staff are very pleasant. There is ample tea and coffee in teh room and a kettle.

This place has a lot of potential, but also leaves a lot to be desired. Having booked a cabin, we were tucked away from most other rooms however the noise between our block of 3 cabins travelled terribly. We could hear full clear conversations from our neighbours, meaning our rest was dictated by the plans of others around us. The cabin itself was okay, but felt in need of a good refresh. There was a general musty smell within the room and the inner window didn't shut due to wood swelling. The space appeared generally clean, but again, felt as though it was in need of a deep clean to get rid of dust and dirt. The location itself is lovely, staff and service was good, but for the price we paid for the room and the space we got, I dont feel this was good value.

Nice place. The room was a decent size. Reception very good. The bar area was very, very busy and very, very understaffed. They were complaining about people paying in cash as they were running out of change. There are still a lot of people who only use cash, myself included. The breakfast was quite good but disappointed that you didn't have any butter, just margarine, which I feel tastes disgusting. I think for the prices paid that you could stretch to a bit f butter.

Lots of rubbish in the grounds of the lodges which was unsightly. Also there were several area where bins for the hotel were not hidden and could be seen from our window. The whole park could do with a revamp and tidy up

The family room was spacious and clean but the decor was dated. The spa area was also quite dated in appearance but the staff were pleasant and well greeted which left a positive impression
