Great little hotel, and excellent location for my needs. Concierge service is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, nicely appointed and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. I love that I can cast my own streaming services to the in-room TV. The gym is small but has adequate machines and weight training equipment for a reasonable workout. The basement restaurant is spacious and the food is standard, though the prices are very high for what you get; there's a nice breakfast restaurant across the street for better value. All in all, a friendly little hotel with good security (considering its location), and I will be staying here again soon, and as often as I need to.

Clean facilities, staff was very friendly and accommodated our request to cancel a booking last minute. The bedroom was small, but warm and clean. The personal hygiene products seemed to be of great quality.

Stationnement facile d accès, amplement d espace de stationnement. Le personnel à la réception très accueillant et souriant, explication clair, une chambre superieur à notre réservation. Petit cadeau de bienvenu . Chambre spacieuse, extrêmement propre. Hôtel accueillant , confortable et douillet , ascenseur rapide. Je suis très pointilleux pour mon confort, je me suis senti chez moi immédiatement. Lors de mon prochain passage dans cette belle région, vous êtes mon unique choix. Stayed here multiple times and have always been pleased

Great staff all around. 👍Always a smile. 👍Very clean and well kept.👍 Mattresses may need to be replaced. A bit too soft and kept rolling into middle with my husband. 👎 It’s was quiet, easy to get around and we had everything we needed in our room.👍 Variety of food in your cafe was great and service was great.👍 However, my Caesar salad tasted like it had been in the fridge already prepared for a couple days….croutons were soggy.👎 Steak was a bit thin for $30 but done just right. My husbands pasta was great.👍 Desserts were so good and waitress even gave us a bonus piece of dessert because the slice of pie we asked for was the last piece and looked a bit dismantled. Very thoughtful of her.👍 All in all I give this hotel an 8/10. Thank you!

We took in a Senators game and visited my daughter who lives in Ottawa and this made an excellent home base. We upgraded to the Large Room with Kitchenette and it was well worth it. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant at the hotel has an excellent menu especially for breakfast (lots of choices and relatively inexpensive).
