Front desk staff customer services was very poor: it wasn't busy at all. Only other guest and myself were in line. It was around 5pm.
First: we were charged the deposit twice.
Staff said that the system was showing error...,when I checked my bank account, it showed that the card went through and have been charged twice,so, I asked for clarifications if their machine was malfunctioning and showed her two pending transactions on my account. However, she did not seem to care about my question.. she just brushed me off angrily " said your money will be returned when you check out".
2. She handed me the keys to the room, told me the room number and and said enjoy your stay!
I hoped,the least, she would have directed me atleast on how to get to the room as the building elevators are in a hidden corners...which might be hard to find for someone who is tired after a long day of traveling.
I would not stay in this hotel again.
