Nous avons séjourner une semaine. Nous avons constaté que nos 3 enfants avaient des boutons. Apres consultation auprès d’un dermatoloque, ils ont ete victime du virus staphylocoque. Certainement du a la piscine qui n est pas traite

Piscine 100% femmes sans vis à vis nous avons passer un bon moment mes sœurs et moi nous sommes parties hier . Il y’avais personnes donc génial on a peu bien profité :) c’est propre et c’est super beau ! je recommande à 100% seul inconvénient apportez votre nourriture et boisson car il y’en a pas ce qui est dommage sinon nous avons adorées

J'ai été victime un arnaque de la part de cet hotel. en fait après avoir payer mon séjour par carte bancaire la demoiselle de réception m'a fait comprendre que le payement n'a pas été effectué en m montrant un ticket qu'elle a fait sortir du TPE comme quoi y a aucune transaction qui a été effectué. j'ai refait le payement et je lui ai demander de me remettre un mot comme quoi si jamais le payement s'effectue doublement, l'hotel procedera au remboursement le lendemain. effectivement le lendemain je découvre que le payement à été effectué deux fois, mais le remboursement n'a jamais été effectué sous prétexte que le directeur n'a pas donner son accord ou qu'il n'est pas disponible

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel, nous avons apprécié le cadre, jolis appartements, joli cadre, belles piscines, beau parc … Mais nous étions très déçu de l’ambiance, les enfants ne s’amusaient pas autant, il n’y avait pas d’activités pour ces derniers, pas de snack en cas de creux. Et surtout nous avons remarqué que la piscine dans laquelle ils se baignaient était sale et mal entretenue. Mais une très bonne surprise est arrivée, c’est le chef d’animation AMINE Super gentil, très jovial, d’excellente activités proposées et des soirées à en mourir de rire. Les enfants ont adoré, c’était super J’espère que l’année prochaine Amine sera encore là pour animer nos vacances 😍 PS : veuillez améliorer les services que vous proposer : restaurations, entretiens des piscines..etc

We had read reviews and they were not good. However we decided to go. On arrival at reception we waited whilst people in front of us complained. It was awful. I actually felt sorry for the staff. Most complaints we heard were about the cleanliness We had to stay as our two children were looking forward to a holiday. Firsty, the rooms were clean. However the fridge doors would not close. Only one ring of the cooker worked. There were no cooking untensils to use. As the restaurant was only open for breakfast and closed all the day these things would be needed. The childrens pool was a a disgrace. I actually thought that the tiles in the middle of the pool were just a very much darker colour, until i walked out there with my children. It was algea growing on the tiles from nil maintenance or cleaning. It was slippery, dangerous and unhealthy underfoot. We could not let our children play in this pool. There was no childrens entertainment in the evening as advertised. Tennis courts has no tennis balls or rackets All in all a very poor show. Of course we complained again, the reception staff told us that the managenment were not interested and that they ignored all the complaints. They also said that they expected the Vizir to be closed down after December. There you have it. We are legitimate, we stayed in room 405A Bill Morgan and family

A friend and I took our sons to swim at this pool yesterday. There was no lifeguard, which should have been a major red flag, but we kept an eye on our boys and swam with them. There are some big constructions in the pool and so you can't see all way across. Several other families were there with their kids as well. Suddenly, a woman pulled a little girl out of the water. She was completely limp and unresponsive. Everyone was freaking out. The woman and I started to do cpr on her, and continued to do so for 20-30 minutes until the ambulance came. We worked really hard to save her. I'm heartbroken to have been part of this tragedy. And outraged that no one from the hotel came to help, or even to ascertain the facts afterwards, or to check that we were ok. Nothing. Total silence. After a while, someone have us the news that the girl was dead. We were all just in shock, all the people who witnessed it. Some parents were screaming at the few hotel staff who were there (a couple of security guards who didn't have any say or responsibility). I pray for peace for the mother, with all my heart. I wanted to bear witness to this on here, so that in case the hotel did continue to operate as if nothing happened, at least I would have been a witness to the truth, so help me God.
