豪特羅切城堡酒店的評價

在上羅什城堡的住宿體驗非常棒。感謝Lars的熱情款待和他精心烹製的菜餚。房間位於兩座塔樓之間，非常舒適，花園也非常適合在享用Lars精心烹製的餐點前短暫漫步。這真是值得再次體驗的體驗。

我們這一晚的住宿體驗無與倫比，堪稱完美。我們受到了皇室般的待遇。從Lars Johansson的熱情接待，到這位廚師精心烹製的美味晚餐，再到豐盛的早餐，應有盡有。所有食材均為自製或來自當地生產商。當然，我們不得不提的是這座城堡。從城堡望去，盧瓦爾河谷的景色美不勝收，令人心曠神怡。上羅什城堡經過主人的精心翻修和精心佈置，品味不凡。三間臥室溫馨舒適。我們一定會再來的。

Arrivé avant l'heure prévue, le propriétaire Lars nous a tout de même accueilli sans aucun problème. Nous avons été très vite mis à l'aise, car Lars est vraiment aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. La chambre était parfaite et dans un état de propreté exemplaire. Le soir Lars nous a fait profiter de sa table d'hôtes, et là vous découvrez toute la passion que Lars a pour la Grande Cuisine. Cuisine fine, inventive, goûteuse et aux portions généreuses. De la vraie gastronomie mais à visage humain. Et entre le fromage et le dessert, Lars vous fait même profiter de ses talents de conteur sur l'historique du château et de ses propriétaires successifs. Le petit-déjeuner du lendemain est également un régal. Tout est fait maison, comme le pain, ou est local. Au final, une expérience assez unique et inoubliable. Nous recommandons chaudement pour tous ceux qui aiment les chambres d'hôtes, aiment partager et...aiment la bonne cuisine. Tack så mycket Lars

Emplacement idyllique avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée de la Loire, des hôtes chaleureux et accueillants, un cadre unique proposant une décoration choisie avec beaucoup de goût. Des mets excellents du dîner au petit-déjeuner. Un véritable château pour se ressourcer sans hésitation !

Les chambres très jolies et très confortables , les hôtes très gentils ,la vue ,le petit déjeuner ….tout était incroyable !!! Nous reviendrons évidemment avec beaucoup de plaisir ! Nous conseillons vivement cet hôtel autour de nous, bravo !

Just back from 2 nights staying at this charming Chateau. The local area is beautiful, with plenty of restaurant / bistro options in Oudon and the surrounding villages. My room was decorated and furnished to a meticulously high standard, and I had 2 great nights of sleep on the comfortable bed. Great bathroom too; I was lucky enough to have the room with the "shower in a tower" - very cool! The views over the Loire valley are to die for, and every window frames another fantastic view from inside the Chateau. No light pollution at night makes for some amazing star gazing too! Breakfast was an event! Home made bread and preserves, excellent coffee, an egg from the Chateau's hens, local apple juice and lots more! The highlight of the stay was to be welcomed and looked after so well by Lars. A heartwarming experience!

This was our first time staying in a Chateau, and we are very impressed by the beauty of the place and Mr Lars’s warm hospitality. The Chateau is nestled along the Loire Valley, and the interior is very cozy. The cleanliness, furnishings and bedding in the rooms were impeccable! We absolutely enjoyed the dinner prepared by Mr Lars, it was the best meal we had in France thus far! Breakfast was scrumptious and Mr Lars provided a wide selection too! We could taste the freshness of the ingredients used to create the dishes. This place is an absolute gem and we were so glad to have a chance to spend time here!

Lars achieves the perfect balance of refinement and simplicity, professionalism and hospitality. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and bathed in sunlight with views over the garden and the Vallée de la Loire. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, making generous use of local ingredients which Lars transforms into original and succulent recipes. Highly recommended.

This Review is simply to thank Lars for taking the time to direct us to another Chambres d’hotes owned by some of his friends. We had been struggling to find accommodation in the area and on finding Château Haute Roche the owner Lars told us all his three rooms were booked up. However he took the trouble to phone his friends who were able to accommodate us. Chateau Haute Roche is in a lovely peaceful setting and we would think a lovely place to stay. You were very kind Lars. Thank you very much.
