A very comfortable stay. The room and bathroom are neat and clean. The staff are really friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast.

La mia esperienza presso questa struttura è stata semplicemente disastrosa, sotto ogni possibile aspetto. Le camere, prive di qualsiasi sistema di ventilazione e con il riscaldamento completamente assente o non funzionante, risultavano gelide e inospitali. La pulizia era inesistente: ambienti lercissimi, pavimenti, tappeti e letti macchiati, il cibo servito era di qualità imbarazzante, con pietanze di poca qualità e bevande altrettanto fuori data (una cream soda scaduta il 1/08/25), un dettaglio che non è solo disgustoso ma anche potenzialmente pericoloso per la salute. Lo staff, oltre a essere poco cordiale, si è dimostrato incredibilmente lento e svogliato nel rispondere alle richieste più basilari, lasciando trasparire un totale disinteresse per il benessere degli ospiti. Come se non bastasse, il Wi-Fi era completamente inutilizzabile, rendendo impossibile svolgere qualsiasi attività online. Ogni aspetto di questa struttura grida incuria, incompetenza e mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente. Non la consiglierei neppure al mio peggior nemico: soggiornare qui è un’esperienza frustrante, spiacevole e assolutamente da evitare.

We zaten in het aparte gebouw aan de fontein. De hoekkamerK3 wat een oude kamer. Raam sloot niet voldoende af, thee & koffie voorraad zaten beestjes. Muffe geur & kleine badkamer. Mijn koffer moest letterlijk naast het bed opgelegd worden heel teleurstellende ervaring. Daarnaast hoorde je alles in de kamers. Ik hoorde mijn buren praten / deuren openen / wekkers afgaan. Dringend aan vernieuwing toe!

Zeer ruime kamer met een groot bed (wel een erg hard matras helaas). Een aardige brief bij aankomst en genoeg aanvullingen zoals water, beschuit, shampoo etc. Badkamer was ook in orde. De airco maakt wel erg veel herrie, dat was jammer. De pub op het terrein is aardig met genoeg drankjes. Het zwembad is wel een fiasco, ontzettend klein (en vies!!) met maar 4 bedjes welke in de schaduw staan. Twee andere houten bedden waren kapot en overal stonden lege bierflesjes. Ontbijt is oké, niet heel erg bijzonder. Het ontbijtpersoneel mag wel wat meer lachen, het leek niet alsof ze blij waren. Al met al prima voor 1 of 2 nachten.

Un hôtel très bien situé. Un personnel très accueillant. Des chambres propres mais besoin d'un petit coup de ravalement. Un parking gratuit sécurisé. A proximité des restaurants et des magasins. Le seul bémol est l'eau de la piscine un peu trop blanchâtre... Le petit dej est top.

It feels like I was at home, breakfast was superb and friendly staff . Everything was great I can’t wait to come and stay there again and I will definitely recommend it for couples, family and businesses to use their facility.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Turnberry. I booked there primarily because there was a restaurant at the hotel, only to be told on checking in that it was closed. We returned after finding elsewhere to eat, to find there was 1 shower door missing, spraying water all over the floor, but worse than that, there was no hot water, We were moved to another room but then there were no towels.to use.

Comfortable, cozy and close to all amenities! Value for money and breakfast was a feast. Will definitely stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offering was very good and tasty. Had a good stay of 1 night for a business trip. The premises is on the older side, and one would like to see an infrastructure upgrade in the near future.

My experience at this establishment was nothing short of disastrous in every possible way. The rooms, lacking any form of ventilation and with heating completely absent or non-functional, were freezing and inhospitable. Cleanliness was non-existent: filthy environments, stained floors and carpets, nauseating odors that forced me to open the window… only to be invaded by insects as a result. The food served was embarrassingly poor in quality, with low-grade dishes and beverages past their expiration date (including a cream soda that had expired on 1/08/25) — a detail that is not only disgusting but also potentially dangerous to one’s health. The staff, in addition to being unfriendly, proved incredibly slow and unwilling to respond to even the most basic requests, showing a total lack of concern for guests’ well-being. As if that weren’t enough, the Wi-Fi was completely unusable, making it impossible to carry out any online activity. Every aspect of this establishment screams neglect, incompetence, and disrespect towards the customer. I wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemy: staying here is a frustrating, unpleasant experience that should be avoided at all costs.

My room was clean and tidy even when arrived that afternoon everything was done in a very professional manner, the staff members was very friendly and polite. I recommend this place to any person when visit Oudsthoorn.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the incredible value for money. My expectations of the hotel based on price were far exceeded and I can stay we had a perfect stay. We were situated right nearby the stadium where my daughter was competing in Biathlon championships which was a huge bonus and just a 1 minute away from SPUR restaurant which helped for dinner. The room had everything I needed and the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend the hotel!

The service was excellent however the tv channels are few and not clear. if that can be fixed you will be on tops.

The location of the hotel is good and within walking distance to some restaurants. The room was a good size with a large comfortable bed. The breakfast had a good spread and something for everyone.
