Nice amenities. Bathroom pocket door didn't latch properly and was damaged at the bottom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Would be nice if there was a restaurant on site but there are several good dining options nearby.

We’re a family of four. We used to live nearby and were back in town visiting family and friends. This hotel was perfect - clean, with two queen beds, a desk area, separate living room area with sofa and a fridge and microwave. There’s a pool and well equipped workout room and the hotel is walking distance to several great restaurants.

It was amazing stay in Spring Hill hotel, clean and the staff was wonderful and welcoming, the room was clean and the bed comfortable I loved it and l will make a reservation a gain in this hotel thanks

Only complaint I have is the check in. The associate at the check in never made us feel welcome. I asked him if coffee was available and he was literally shouting yes yes, that was my first question and I still don’t understand why he responded like that. Otherwise the hotel was very good for stay. But I don’t think I will ever book here because of the reception we got as a family.

Amazingly, the hotel was fairly quiet over Thanksgiving, which is unusual for hotels in K.C., in my experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Will stay again.

There was a soccer event so there were allt of kids everywhere. They were loud running around and playing on the elevator...super noisy upstairs at all hours of the night. They were also rude in the dining area cutting in the line and bumping into people. Children really should have adult supervision and not running around disturbing everyone. Other than that we enjoyed our time and loved the room. Would suggest having a clock under the tv bc it was a little inconvenient walking all the way to the other side of the room to see the time...ended up just using my phone

This was 100% the best hotel i’ve every stayed in, the room was setup up so nice and me and my boyfriend loved it, the only bad thing i have to say is the breakfast waffles weren’t that good other than that it was perfect !

I liked the room setup...almost feels like 2 rooms with bedroom and living space. Everything was super clean and comfy beds.

We stayed 6 nights. We checked in very late after a long travel day and the reception that we received upon arrival was wonderful! We were greeted with a big smile and the woman was so friendly. Just what we needed when we were beyond exhausted. We were given some mini pretzels - which may not seem like much to most but the gesture was perfect. The young man who worked days at the desk was equally friendly and always smiling. I reserved a room for one night for my elderly parents and he made them feel like a king and queen. Very attentive and engaging. The rooms were nice and clean. My only feedback (for the hotel designers) would be to add additional shelves in the bathroom. Not any counter space and for a long stay it would have been nice to have somewhere to put "stuff". We had the king "suite" and it was small. My parents had the queen "suite" and it was much larger. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the hotel! Wonderful stay!
