All in all a wonderful stay. The main building is like a living museum - and the staff adds to the very laid back atmosphere. Vacation can be hectic with all the things you want to see in the short time, but here we really experienced the heart rate go down. The confirmands on camp waving to us with a big smile didn't hurt either :) At that age we are more used to eyes turned to the sky :) Unfortunately I have to say that the meat for dinner was not good. Close to impossible to cut with the present knife, and chewing it was just not possible. Cut small pieces and swallow was the way to do it. Breakfast was excellent though with all you could expect. All in all - we want to come back here.

Three nights in this 17 th century manor house with vibrant history in the old saloons and corridors. Great reception staff. Got a very nice and ”castle style” room with high ceilings facing the large terrace and surrounding landscape. The small bathroom could need an upgrade. Breakfast a bit disappointing, not the expected quality level except the fabulous home made marmalades. Served in the basement restaurant with a very nice outdoor terrace with park view. The house is owned and actively used by by the Church of Sweden, adding a religious touch without dominating. Surrounded by a nice landscape the hotel is unfortunately neighboring a noisy motorway.
