Absolutely was better than expected. Very clean , very pleasant employees there . Breakfast was great , shower endless hot water . No noise bed was sleeping on air! Air conditioner was exactly the like it freezing! Loved every second I was there I Will be back every month for sure. Location is outstanding. Everything is walking distance. No regrets , you will be happy you stayed .

We LOVE this Sleep Inn! It’s always very clean, updated, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stay here quite often and appreciate the comfort and hospitality when away from home. Thomas, Cindy and Tanya are THE BEST!!!… Thank you all so much for consistently giving us a pleasant stay♥️

Was not 1 room available within 20 miles,had softball Tournament and ended driving to douglasville ga for a room !! Advisor never mentioned this will call hotels from now on and not use a booking service

Have traveled the world since I was 5, hands down the Sleep Inn Oxford Alabama is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Their desk staff has some of the most rude people I have ever encountered in hospitality. We extended our stay online for an additional day and because my husband was at work (he had the physical credit card) they LITERALLY kicked me out with my 2 kids. Wouldn't take cash, wouldn't wait 2 hours. This is unheard of in the hotel industry. Yes they are Indian. I am Asian, so not a race thing. Be warned - NEVER STAY HERE!! We went right next door to the Holiday Inn Express and they were so lovely, with Alabama service. Another #PatelBrosFail.
