Best Western Plus Rumford Falls

The hotel was nice overall, they were very short staffed. The room had spiders everywhere. We did not have an ice bucket or a blow dryer in the room although some of the other guests did. I was there getting ready for my wedding day and they did allow us to check out late and they were very friendly! We were disappointed because of the pool being closed and us not being notified, this was half of the reason we booked the hotel because we wanted kids to have something to do while we were getting ready for the wedding. Breakfast was great! The front desk staff was very friendly!

Front desk staff was very professional and fast. Room had very tall ceilings and a large window. My room was simple but elegant. The bathroom was new and very clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. This hotel was extremely good compared to the price paid. I will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was very clean and a convenient drive to black moutain. I would suggest future guests to request a room not on the roadside bacause there was a lot of traffic and road noise. We enjoyed the free hot breakfast. Didn't have any other issues.

This hotel has the friendliest staff of any I have ever stayed in! Everything was clean and easily accessed. The kids loved the salt water pool.

Went up there to visit a long-time friend of mine and spent the night at the Best Western plus.... the service was excellent and courteous, the room was spacious and very clean, the beds were very comfortable and well Made.....

When we arrived the gentleman at the front desk was nice and pleasant. Entering the room it was clean and nice. The only thing was the fold out couch did not have sheets. That was a quick fix from the front desk. Breakfast was so so fruit was old and the eggs were runny
