牛津白金酒店(Premier Inn Oxford Cowley)

It’s ok hotel. But the some staffs are not that friendly. It’s really difficult to deal things. It’s just some staff and some staffs are good too. So it depends on which staff you are dealing with

The place is ok, it’s a bit far from the city center. Out if 10 I can give 7

有點奇怪的佈局。三座建築物導致我們走到我們的房間很遠 但是房間乾淨整潔舒適。 接待員很有魅力

Ok but not very goood

靠近市中心的合理住宿，房間舒適乾淨，飯店內有良好的停車位。停車和騎行都在附近。登記入住的組織很差，似乎要花很長時間，排很長的隊伍。鑰匙卡一直處於停用狀態，這非常不方便，因為您必須加入登記佇列才能重新啟用它們。

我們已經在Premier Inn住過很多次了，但這次升級到了較新的Premier Room。房間裡有咖啡機和冰箱，這都是一個很大的優點。失望地發現浴室牆上有未填補的洞，毛巾架已被移走，另一面牆的維修工作尚未完成，床頭燈不見了。值得慶幸的是，這並沒有過度分散人們的注意力——只是非常令人失望。

My wife and I booked in for two nights as we needed somewhere close to an appointment my wife had with a very early start time. Online booking was very easy. One plus point was plenty of free parking which you rarely get these days. On arrival we had a nice welcome and our room was clean and well appointed. The hotel was very quiet and everyone staying was adhering to the notices asking residents to move around quietly. There was plenty of hot water and the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. There is an onsite restaurant and there was a good selection of reasonably priced food. All the staff were very polite and helpful, and were especially accommodating when we found we might have to stay an extra night. In the end this was not needed but the fact they were prepared to go that little bit extra was the icing on the cake. If you are visiting I would suggest you book in advance to ensure you get a table for either the evening menu or the breakfast as the venue is very popular with not only guest but local residents. While we didn’t have time on this occasion it is an ideal place to be based to go into Oxford using local transport.

Check in was great, the woman who checked us in made it very easy and she made us feel at easy. We drank in the bar from 15:00-17:15 and there was around 15 of us. We went off to the local greyhound racing and came back at 22:00 to be told the bar was shut and tills closed, we spoke to the manager who said he would not be opening the tills again as they were officially shut. Checked the opening hours on the door and online and the bar was supposed to be open until 23:00. There was 15 of us again so the bar would’ve taken an easy £200+ in takings for the last hour but the manager (goatee and glasses) was unwilling to open the tills, left a sour taste for the stay. We were directed to the nearest weatherspoons, good business for Whitbread to turn people away to spoons isn’t it!?

We'd already had a meal out in Oxford so arrived late. Not much of a welcome when we arrived. My wife was totally ignored. For some reason the member of staff on duty changed our room??? We ended up being disturbed by noisy people stomping around upstairs until late and then again at 6am. Couldn't open a window for ventilation and aircon didn't work. Fixed shower head was not user friendly and was soaking the floor no matter where we put the shower curtain. Not our best experience of Premier Inn and we've stayed at quite a few of their hotels in the last 20 odd years. I would recommend that if you stay at Oxford Cowley, you get a room upstairs or avoid it altogether.
