牛津速8酒店(Super 8 by Wyndham Oxford)

I had an emergency with my husband, he is a over the road truck driver. He was admitted in the hospital. So when I got in the room the phone didn't work. The fire alarm was removed. The bathroom door would not shut do to parts missing, there was a large hole in the shower wall and molded, the curtain rod was about to fall in the tub. The plugs casing was broke on most all of the outlets. I was not able to access the Wi-Fi from there. They did not have the continental breakfast available. But the staff was very friendly and nice, and did wash all our bedding including the quilt. The hospital would only allow one overnight guess so had to get the room for bathing and one guess to sleep.

Primero que nada cuando hice mi reservacion, decia que el checl-in era a las 2pm y en la oficina dijeron a las 3pm. Tambien decia que incluia desayuno y en el lobby me indicaron que no. Llegué super temprano 5am porque mi vuelo era de madrugada y el personal que me atendió no hizo ni un esfuerzo por ayudarme a conseguir algo para descansar y para colmo mi nene de 7 años necesitaba un baño y se lo negó. Realmente, todos los dias pasaban atender los cuartos pero la insistencia tocando la puerta fue de mal gusto. En fin, me hubiera gustado una mejor atemción.

I loved the convenience to shopping areas and grocery stores in the area. Breakfast was advertised to be included however breakfast ended up not being included. That is my only complaint.

Good location for our travel path. Did not have any sort of breakfast even coffee. Sign said not available. Very rundown. Bathroom was in terrible condition.

Did not like anything. No breakfast, had to have key card reprogrammed twice, no maid service or fresh linings for entire stay, bed was uncomfortable, basic tv programs, shower barely worked..... Stay away!!!!!

They charged $50 deposit, they on line said free breakfast, no breakfast. They said they would credit my credit card to return the $50 next month. We have stayed hotels by Wyndham and always really liked them. They were really rude to my husband.

Owners are extremely rude and unprofessional.. is it want for the one young lady who works the front desk it would get all sad faces.. they are now charging a security deposit which it says nowhere online and all because a guest got drunk and put holes in 2 of the fire walls in one room
