Good location

令人震驚的是，給他們發了電子郵件詢問住宿和下午茶，我們住在Rookery 一家非常棒的母酒店，遺憾的是我的詢問甚至沒有得到答复，我嘗試了兩次。不錯的住宿地點，因為我們現在花了很多錢里普利賓利展廳的時間

我不得不去接待處要求調酒師來酒吧提供飲料，當他決定出現時（大約五分鐘），他必須去拿杯子，然後他去拿草莓，等待時間很長這麼久了其實也挺無聊的。 最重要的是，飲料非常昂貴，而且還要收取 5 英鎊的服務費。為了什麼？

在我父親的葬禮之後，我們租了一間會議室，並提供小吃和咖啡。房間很好，工作人員很友好，但是食物很差，不能反映酒店的品質或收取的費用。三明治已經不新鮮了，其他食物的品質和數量都很有限……15個人不值500英鎊（房間的費用是300英鎊）……他們甚至還額外收取一壺10英鎊的費用。在任何一家超市 100 英鎊都會在質量和數量上獲得更好的傳播......所以真的非常令人失望

我們喝了下午茶當生日禮物。令人高興的是這家酒店很漂亮，歷史悠久，維護得很好。工作人員非常樂於助人、友善、細心。我們吃了鹹味的和普通的下午茶。很美味，食物是新鮮製作的，糕點的數量非常充足。我們很快就會回去，迫不及待地想嘗試其他菜單。廚師做得很好，一個不容錯過的地方。

What a fantastic venue! We held our wedding reception at Woodlands Park Hotel in July 2024. The building itself is beautiful, especially the Grand Hall, which guests loved. The team were very attentive and genuinely seemed to care about ensuring that the day was special. Woodlands Park was also transparent throughout with their pricing. They gave us use of multiple function rooms at the hotel, which all came included in the package. There was also a private breakfast room for our guests the day after the wedding - the Team even went to the trouble of decorating this with our flowers, which was a wonderful surprise! We would like to mention Jay in particular, who we felt went above and beyond in helping to make our day a success. We met Jay at the taste-testing evening that the the hotel provides, where he set up the room for us to practice our first dance. Jay also did a wonderful job of helping to set up the wedding breakfast and evening party rooms! They were perfect. Our guests also commented on how much they liked the food and all received excellent table service. We would thoroughly recommend Woodlands Park Hotel!

Had a Special Afternoon Tea for a Relative in one of the Private Rooms. All food was lovely, kept checking if we needed more tea. Sorted out and served Prosecco on Arrival and even offered the Birthday Boy a glass of Champagne. Access to Bluetooth for our own Music. Jay did an excellent job looking after us including when we went outside after tea with more drinks.

This is a very lovely hotel and the staff are clearly very well trained and are passionate about customer service. Great leadership from the management and permeated through all the staff, nothing was too much trouble. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay, thank you

Just like previous afternoon tea post we also were not impressed with the added non residents service charge although added to our experience was the extra £100 cost of bottle of champagne when we thought afternoon tea prices were £35 per head, £45 per head with champagne. We had a very disappointing afternoon tea, service was extremely slow, afternoon tea was nothing special and we have had better afternoon tea elsewhere . The afternoon tea served was different to the menu listed on website when booking was made and when we enquired about this we were told that it was an old menu on the website. Afternoon tea was for a milestone birthday for a friend also recovering from a serious illness so I had contacted Woodlands Park Hotel to ask if there was anything they could do to make it extra special. After we had had afternoon tea and when everything had been cleared away a plate was brought out with happy birthday written in chocolate almost like it was an after thought or they had forgotten about it. To further add insult to injury I did contact customer services and received an email thanking me for my feedback -they were looking into and would get back to me. A week later and still I have not had a response from customer services. Sadly, because Woodlands Park hotel has always held special memories going back 40 years, those memories have tainted and we will not be returning.

The service at this hotel is amazing. I have just been for two nights and they treat you like royalty. Nothing is too much and every member of staff is exceptional and they take the time to get to know you, especially Jay and Tony who took the time out to speak to me and ask about my trip. The food was sensational and the bed extremely comfy. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall an enjoyable afternoon tea, although have had better elsewhere. Beautiful setting, lovely dining room and very efficient attentive staff. However, I do object to having a 'non' residents service charge slapped onto the bill even after I had said to the waiter 'that's £35 each then' at no point did he mention or point out on the bill the additional SC was added. Apparently it was at the bottom of the menu on arrival but it must've been in very small print as none of us had spotted it!! I telephoned the next day & Jorge looked into my query & duly rang me back to explain the extra charge but sadly, because of this, doubtful I would return for AT, such a shame

We visited the Woodlands Park on sat 27/04/24, this was for 50th wedding anniversary, the event was held in a private room called the Study, There were 13 guests including 3 under 5’s, the whole afternoon went really well both in presentation and attendance by hotel staff, from reception to waiting staff there seemed a genuine want for myself and my wife and the guests to enjoy a really nice pleasurable experience-Woodlands Park did not fail! I must mention one of the children has an allergy to lactose products- this was not a problem to catering staff even the waiter was very careful explaining to adults to keep this food separate from other meals, I have no concern about recommending this hotel for your event A special mention for Ms C Crombie who assisted us in organising the booking and was always available if we had any queries Well done

We attended a wake on the 23rd April at Woodlands Park Hotel after a funeral and were taken to a private room for refreshments. For our short time at the hotel Jay looked after us from start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble for him and it made our sad day brighten up by his presence and assistance throughout. I will definitely visit again under better circumstances. Thank you Jay and to all at Woodlands Park Hotel
