洛加維舊金山太平洋客棧(Inn at Rockaway San Francisco Pacifica)

The hotel its self was cute but, our room was pretty dirty. There were hairs in the beds, the bathtub and refrigerator. The microwave didn’t smell great. The staff member when we checked in was in their pjs with ear buds in. Staff member wasn’t very professional and even laughed at the email provided. I had brought up the fact about the room not being cleaned properly but there was no compensation besides the removal of a 10$ parking fee..I had to ask for clean sheets. All around I would not stay here again and do not recommend.

Stayed on second floor and the whole time it sounded like people were moving. Noises the whole time. Tv didn’t work had to crawl under desk to restart cable. Dirty windows for the ocean view. Terrible shower pressure. Parking too tight. If the sofa was moved the linoleum went with it.

Checked in OK. First room—the TV didn’t work. The next room—the toilet didn’t flush. The third room was smaller than we had requested but everything worked and that’s where we stayed. The staff was very nice in trying to move us around to a room that worked. But it really wasn’t a great experience.

We booked a ocean view and got a view of a wall. The bed comforter had piss yellow stains on it. We went to the office and they apologized and gave us another room upon opening the door to the new room there was a man standing there half naked... They gave us keys to someones room!! We had enough and asked for full refund

The floor of the room was very dirty. We expected the room to get clean the next day, it was not. On our stay the housekeeping did the room once and they did not clean the floor. The hotel mentioned lack of staff. We had booked a queen bead, but we got a smaller bed. The location is nice. I would not pick that hotel next time.

The sheets had gross stains on them. Dirty cloth left near TV. Bathroom roughly the same... If you're getting your room around 100 not bad, anything higher you'll be unhappy.

Over priced for the hotel condition everything was old and not clean from the elevator to the hallway to room, towels smell was oily 😞 I am sure there will not be a next time the only positive thing about this hotel is the location

Property was extremely basic for the price paid (300 for the night). The room was loud with constant noise of traffic and from adjacent rooms including upstairs (no sound insulation). Although the property appears to be superficially upgraded it is essentially a motel. Even the bed was creaking. Would not recommend, especially for the price that was paid.

The room was not clean the bed sheets didn't feel clean and there was a dirty towel in the bathroom. The guess above us was very noisy. We were not able to sleep.
