Far from a 5-star hotel. The reception is very small, but the employees are pleasant and helpful. A very uncomfortable room, although it is large enough and of good quality, but it is strangely planned. A very poor bed, next to which a "kitchen area" has been made, where you can only find a kettle, a poorly functioning refrigerator and a kitchen sink. One short blanket, my legs were sticking out, even though I'm not very tall :) There is no air conditioner in the room... Like the whole hotel, it is not cozy. There is only one entrance, all others are locked. Dogs bark until dawn, as at breakfast, dogs walk around the tables. It is unacceptable for me. Breakfast is just normal. Having eggs benedict doesn't make breakfast perfect, unfortunately. The selection is extremely small. The food is served in a strange area, like in the corner of the conference hall.. Good location, near the sea, free parking both near the hotel and in the underground parking lot. It wasn't bad, but I doubt we'll be back. Expectations were definitely higher.

It wasn't bad, but I doubt we'll be back. Expectations were definitely higher.

We really liked it! This hotel is clean, tidy, luxuriuos, spacious and quiet. The working staff is helpful and polite. A 10 minute walk to the sea! Private spa with sauna and bubble bath. We will come back again!

Great place, nice, clean rooms, super service and location. I will back next time when I visit Palanga. I will recommend Amsterdam Plazza to my friends and family. Vytatutas street in the center of the Palanga so its very comfortable.

A nicely decorated hotel with good size rooms, a comfy bed and relatively good breakfast. I stayed for only one night, but it was very relaxing. The staff was very helpfull and made me feel like a queen.

Very nice hotel, very clean room and nice interior :) Goog location in the Palanga city center. Very pleasant stuff. We recommended it was nice time in this hotel. We was stay 2 nights and first evenining we was spend one hour in the SPA it was good time.

It was really good looking hotel, with a nice and very spacious room. Incredible good atmosphere and cozy place. The food is excellent, generous portions and great prices. The service was fast and friendly

The rooms are spacious and modern. Location is one of the best places I ever been in Palanga. The staff of the Amsterdam Plaza is attentive and always ready to help. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Highly recommend.

Perfect view! Good breakfast with excelent view. Good location, spacious and clean rooms, staff. The bed was very comfy. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful even though I visited it on a busy weekend. Really loved this place.

Rooms are very clean and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent - buffet style - and all staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our staying here and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the center. I was surprised by the inflexibility of the hotel staff and the desire to make a sale out of every move. We wanted to arrive a little earlier than 11-12 hours, but the hotel administrator demanded to pay 30%. more. This was really bad news. The rooms are spacious but cold. No minibar, coffee in the room. . Breakfast is excellent. The senior administrator Mrs. Jelena is rude and impolite. The staff is tense and scared.Poor sound insulation
