Amenities very near

We booked 2 non Ac-rooms and both were horrendous to say the least. Hygiene in the room was taken for granted - sheets were old, the mattress was smaller than the bed frame and wash basin in the bathroom was anytime about to fall. The service was bad as well we were even charged extra for just one papadam and a bit of curd, which felt unreasonable. We shared our concerns to reception but no visible efforts were taken

I’ve tried many hotels in Palani, this was the best. It’s bang opposite the temple and has great views. There is very safe vehicle parking, entrance is through narrow streets but my ScorpioN did it without a sweat. Once the vehicle is parked, everything is stones throw away. We took the family room, it’s basically 2 rooms with the dividing wall not being there, plus was we had 2 bathrooms. 6 people can easily stay there, we were 4 adults and a kid so it was more than sufficient. The Owners seem to be people who are running this place not with a profit motive but to benefit the pilgrims. Negatives are old infrastructure like AC and toilet fittings. You get complementary towels soap and shampoo. Running hot water and complementary breakfast. It’s limited but you get dosa, idly, vada, poori and Pongal topped up with coffee. The restaurant is small compared to the size of the hotel, so if you don’t like waiting for breakfast go there early in the morning. Overall a pleasant stay.

It was better, if the timing was changed from 12Am to 12Am. Otherwise it's loss of money for few hours rental.

The hotel was understaffed no room service. Restaurant supervisor was angry and irritated not able to service us. Though the waiter was courteous the supervisor said let them wait. We where not availing free breakfast only paid breakfast, he was irritable

I stayed recently at this hotel and experience was very disappointing and Only advantage is it is very close to temple.Fan making noise,flush tank leak,Tv n ot working this was the complaint we have faced in the rooms,For the price paid I expected much more.

The hotel doesn't have the access to use a laptop etc. The voltage which they are using is less than 200 volts and also the breakfast was really bad because they are serving only 2 type of dishes like Idly and Dosa.

check in is delayed very slow. Cost is high house keeping to be improved lighting to be improved

food service is very very poor if negative marks available means most people will rate in negative only

This property is located well near the temple entrance and a big car parking lot. So more convenient..

location is amazing . just near to temple walking distance. has restaurant and shops nearby. bathroom outdated . bed room and ac was fine .

Location is fantastic. It is very near to the temple hill. Stay was very comfortable. Restaurant people are very slow in responding. Restaurant service is not that good. need to improve Restaurant food quality. Amenities are OK. I especially appreciate for allowing early check in without extra cost.

Positives: The Hotel is located just opposite to the temple steps and this saves time also you can safely keep your footwear and mobile phones (its not allowed inside temple). The hotel has rooms for Family Travellers since rooms offer upto 4 adult occupancy There is an inhouse Restaurant within the Hotel Premises. Negatives: The inhouse Restaurant is not upto the mark when it comes to the food taste or waiting time.
