Einfach ein traumhaftes Refugium. Der Stil ( ein wenig Mayastätte goes Disneyland) ist Geschmacksache, aber ich fand es in sich stimmig - uns hat das gut gefallen. Die Zimmer geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hervorragender Service und das Essen im Restaurant sehr gut. Da das Haus nur wenige Zimmer hat ausserdem sehr ruhig. Unser Frühstück war überschaubar (american breakfast eben), aber uns hat das völlig gereicht. Außerdem war der Kaffee morgens der beste, den wir je in Mexico hatten. Jedes Zimmer hat eine (gefüllte!) Minibar und eine dolce gusto Kaffeemaschine. Das war super! Für so ein kleines Hotel war die Speisekarte recht umfangreich, neben mexikanischer Küche gab es auch italian Food. Man muss vielleicht etwas auf das Essen warten, aber ich hatte den Eindruck, dass es daran liegt, dass alles frisch zubereitet wird. Weinkarte übersichtlich, aber sehr gut sortiert. Der Burner ist natürlich der hauseigene Dschungel mit See und dahinter gelegenem Pool. Der Hammer! Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Situé à quelques kilomètres du site Palenque, l’hôtel offre un cadre hors norme de par son architecture sur le thème maya. Le personnel est au petit soin et à votre disposition, les chambres sont spacieuses, piscine naturelle quasi dans la jungle ou vous pourrez voir les singes hurleurs et oiseaux. Nous avons dîner au restaurant et les plats étaient parfaits. Une petit déjeuner de courtoisie nous a été offert. Un monsieur, je pense le propriétaire, nous a proposé une très belle expérience avec les singes hurleurs.

Féerique Très belle hôtel au milieu de la jungle. Chambre magnifique machine à café peignoir article de salle de bain.. Restaurant au top et piscine en pleine nature avec les singes hurleurs qui font le spectacle. Personnel très professionnel et très aimable.. Le top. ❤️❤️❤️

muy buen hotel, entre la ciudad de palenque y las ruinas (imprescindble coche o taxi para cualquier desplazamiento) situado en plena naturaleza, entorno muy cuidado. no tan grande como otros complejos de la zona (8 habitaciones) me alojé en una suite junior (su categoría inferior, lo único disponible cuando reservé). la habitación era clásica y elegante, como se ve en las fotos, tenia buen tamaño y buena terminación interior, a diferencia de otros hoteles cercanos donde confunden "lo rústico" con las malas terminaciones. buena cama. buenas sabanas y almohadas. televisor con buena selección de canales nacionales e internacionales aunque mal clocada, a la derecha de la cama. armario con espacio suficiente para pasar varios días. buen baño, buenas toallas. albornoz (aunque no había zapatillas). cafetera y suministros de cafe y te. minibar con una selección gratuita (2 cervezas, refrescos y agua). no recuerdo si había caja fuerte. buena iluminación y buen aire acondicionado. mesa baja y sofá en el interior y otra mesa baja con sillas en el rellano exterior. poca luz exterior: habia una ventana que daba al rellano techado y una ventana con cristal traslúcido pero sin vistas. buen wifi gratuito. considerando que estábamos en la selva, no había apenas mosquitos y salvo una araña de cierto tamaño, pero inofensiva, no encontré insectos en la habitación. zona de jardines y alberca muy bonita, con recreaciones de construcciones y esculturas mayas bien conseguidas. no utilizamos el spa. restaurante con buena variedad de platos mexicanos e internacionales y calidad correcta a precios razonables. desayuno básico continental incluido y opciones de huevos y chilaquiles con un extra asumible. eché en falta una zona común más cómoda para charlar y estar. la única zona común hace las veces de restaurante y cafetería y aunque elegantemente amueblada hubiera preferido otra zona común más cómoda. servicio excelente, eficiente, profesional y muy amable. con todo, el mejor hotel que conozco en palenque. los precios vanen función de la categoría de la habitación, en lo que respecta la mía me pareció una buena relación calidad / precio.

Un gioiellino di hotel immerso in una natura spettacolare a pochi km dal sito archeologico di Palenque . La struttura è sorprendente con i suoi tetti di paglia e un arredamento di gusto il tutto attorniato da un giardino curato e meraviglioso . Un cammino ti porta ad un lago e ad una piscina. L'hotel dispone anche di una piccola spa per massaggi . La cena ottima:tutte le portate scelte ci hanno sorpreso nel gusto e nella presentazione . Il personale è attento e molto molto disponibile . le camere sono ampie e spaziose con una immensa doccia e un letto straordinariamente comodo e spazioso. Lo consiglio vivamente

L endroit est beau cependant pas très entretenu, le restaurant est à éviter nous l avons testé ce n était pas bon, petit dej très moyen…, il semblerait qu il y ait eu changement de propriétaire ceci expliquerait peut être cela.

Boutique hotel favoloso Immerso nella natura e tra le scimmie in un contesto di pace, con poche camere e tutte con la loro privacy. Location molto curata, personale disponibile e attento alle esigenze. Cucina davvero ottima dalla colazione alla cena ed uno dei luoghi migliori con la cucina Maya più buona e autentica. Camere spaziose e comode. Dati gli impegni non abbiamo potuto usufruire delle piscine immerse nella natura

We have been travelling for three weeks but this was our favourite place. We stayed in a junior suite which was huge, well-appointed and had a balcony with seating. The place feels very tropical and has lots of trees and a lake and a cascading pool area. We ate dinner here and the menu featured a range of traditional Mayan dishes that were delicious. There were a couple of families of howler monkeys in the surrounding trees and listening to them in the morning and at dusk was incredible. Staff were all great and we would have loved to have stayed longer than 4 nights. Very hard to leave this special place right in the jungle. It was only 4km from the ruins, we caught a taxi there, but walked back via a very good footpath.

AMAZING hôtel and one of the best massage of my Life Everything is just perfect on this hôtel, room staff meal massage do not hesitate to reserve here and try the massage or réflexology of the spa to recover from thé Climing of the pyramide ! Probably the best quality /price in Yucatan ☀️

The rooms/cabin were very comfortable and spacious. We had a large bathroom, there was a fridge and safe. There was efficient Air Con and fans which was needed as it was very hot. The eating area was very quiet and pleasant. As there are no restaurants nearby we ate in the hotel and the food was very good. We were very well looked after by the staff. There is a very nice pool area by the lake at the back of the hotel gardens which are a very pretty. We visited the nearby zoo which frankly was a sad experience. It is not recommended to drink tap water so supplies of bottled water are necessary. The nearest shop is about 20 minutes walk from the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It's a unique property, with the Mayan architecture and location in what feels like the jungle. The rooms are spacious (we were three people, so had an extra bed brought in for $40 per night). The pool is beautiful. My wife had a back massage in the spa area and loved it. We heard all types of birds, and saw and heard the various howler monkeys which was really cool (one morning they were very loud, but this seems unusual). The location is good, as it's between the city and the ruins. We had dinner once at the hotel (decent, but glad on the other night we went into Palenque). The breakfasts were good (we had the continental breakfast with yogurt, granola and sweet breads).

Beautiful hotel. 8 rooms on extensive and lush grounds. Excellent service. Pool and pond areas are pretty. The rooms are spacious (we had a suite) and everything is very tasteful- above and beyond on the design. Our room was up to date and in top shape, everything worked, and the cleaning staff was excellent. Walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants.

We were very happy with the accommodations here! The manager and all the staff went over and above to make our experience special. The hotel is very beautiful with lovely art throughout. The pool was great; such a treat after a long day exploring the fabulous Palenque ruins. We saw monkeys and lizards and other cool wildlife as we swam. Our room was wonderful. Cool and comfortable with a great shower. We really appreciated the complimentary beverages in the mini bar every day. All of our meals in the restaurant were delicious (I’m still thinking about the fruit plate they serve at breakfast!) and the waiters were really nice. We had to catch a very early flight the day we left, too early to have breakfast in the restaurant, so the manager arranged for us to have a bag lunch to take with us, which I thought was very kind.

Great location for the Palenque ruins and communication for organising tours was excellent. The design of the hotel is in-keeping with the Mayan culture that you’re here to see. However it feels a little run-down. It was also a shame that the jungle setting couldn’t be seen from the room or from the dining area.
