Super hôtel : très bonne qualité, design en ayant conservé du charme. Restaurant : très bonne qualité et cadre fantastique Accueil à l'hôtel et au restaurant vraiment top. Je n'ai pas testé le SPA, car le séjour était trop court (seulement 1 nuit) Je recommande vivement cet hôtel - restaurant

Beliggenheten var bra midt i sentrum av gamlebyen. Betjeningen var hyggelig. Når det gjelder frokost var det veldig mye lekre kaker og lite annet. Det hadde gjort seg med litt annet pålegg enn ost og skinke. Vi måtte også bestille hver eneste kaffekopp av kelneren, så vi som setter pris på flere kopper kaffe om morgenen, følte at vi maste mye. Gode senger. Rommene var ok og utstyrt med vannkoker og teposer. Vi spurte i resepsjonen om det var mulig å få pulverkaffe også, men det fikk vi ikke.

Di 4 stelle solo la posizione ed il ristorante. Personale abbastanza gentile. Posizione dell'hotel ottima, ma non facile da raggiungere, essendo in pieno centro storico il rischio è di perdersi tra strade strette ed impegnative. L'hotel si premura di inviare una mail con tutte le indicazioni stradali. Il parcheggio convenzionato con l'hotel è vicino la struttura ed uno dei dipendenti gentilmente si premura di ritirare la vettura quando richiesto dal cliente. La struttura è bella, all'interno di un antico edificio. Le camere sono moderne ed abbastanza curate, per il mio soggiorno ho scelto una suite, camera grande, letto comodo, ma non era presente un armadio (abbiamo dovuto lasciare i vestiti nelle valige). Bagno comodo, mancante però di presa elettrica, di una luce sullo specchio per avere una maggiore illuminazione e dell'aeratore. Colazione non all'altezza di un 4 stelle, stanza della colazione molto piccola, buffet poco ricco. La SPA è su prenotazione anche per i clienti dell'albergo e non è inclusa nel prezzo, si paga a parte (anche per chi è cliente dell'hotel). Sono riuscita a prenotare una sola volta un percorso benessere in due giorni di soggiorno ed all'ultimo orario (dalle h 20.00 alle h 21.00). Durante tale percorso a 45 minuti (e nemmeno) entra un dipendente dell'hotel dicendoci ''ragazzi tra pochi minuti il percorso è finito'', non facendoci godere gli ultimi 15 minuti di relax e mettendoci fretta. Ristorante 'Locanda del gusto' veramente eccellente.

Chambre un peu petite mais hôtel très bien situé et donc très pratique pour visiter à pied Palerme.

Il servizio per la prima colazione era scarso, carente, poco curato. Le condizioni dell'Hotel richiedono una manutenzione. Curiosa l'organizzazione del rifacimento camera in merito al rifornimento/cambio delle dotazioni: direi piuttosto casuale ed improvvisata.

Booked via ******* and it was listed my VIP perks would include a certain discount off on the spa facilities. At checkout, the hotel refused to apply this even though it was clearly stated in the booking. They did not even provide a reason as to why they would not give us the discount we were entitled to

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en el corazon del casco antiguo y con todas las comodidades a menos de 10 km andando. Habitaciones muy pequeñas mal insonorizadas. Cuarto de baño casi sin luz y muy estrecho. Por este precio se espera mas comodidad en la habitación.

Terrible service

Excellent location for walking about. Difficult to get to if you have a car. Very nice breakfast. Definitely recommend.

The location is ideal. On the night that we ate at the restaurant we found the service to be less than favorable.

Great location and beautiful courtyard. Room was comfortable enough. Everything was an easy walk from this hotel! Right in the center of the old city, super convenient.

Right off the Quattro Canti, you can’t get closer to the center, yet the hotel feels separate when you get to your room. A portion of it is a 17th century structure with a modern extension. Clean and bright, the staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a balcony looking out at the attached Church. It’s in a buys section of town but the noise was almost nonexistent when on the balcony. Shopping. Siteseeing. The station. All within walking distance. Palermo is a feast of the senses and Quinto Canto is in the middle of the action. Very happy way to start our Sicily vacation.

Beautiful room and hotel in a prime location in Palermo. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean, bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was bright and large (rare in Europe. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe at this hotel too.
