It was a good stay. They provide quite nice breakfast at the rooftop bar which is awesome!

Solitamente non scrivo mai, ma ritengo di condividere l’esperienza. Scopro successivamente alla prenotazione (su mia precisa richiesta via mail) che l’hotel non ha - per questo periodo- il servizio colazione (non c’era come opzione online ma solitamente si può aggiungere sul posto).Nella stessa mail (quindi dopo aver prenotato ) scopro che non c’è il servizio di reception notturna. In hotel mi fanno pagare subito la tassa di soggiorno chiedendo, per l’indomani, di lasciare le chiavi in stanza in quanto non ci sarebbe stato il check out perché in reception non ci sarebbe stato nessuno prima delle 15.00. Il tutto per dei lavori di ristrutturazione interna. E se avessi avuto bisogno durante la notte o la mattina? Costo per una notte 84€, che pur in linea mi sembra comunque tanto per la condizione attuale. Domanda: non sarebbe stato meglio chiudere piuttosto che offrire disservizi o un servizio a metà?

We chose this hotel as it's near the station. It's well located for the centre of Palermo. Our room was a reasonable size with high ceilings. Bed was comfortable and TV was a smart TV with streaming (although quite small). Downside being an old building was that the noise from the main road and inside the hotel carried. Our room was on to the main road. Breakfast was average, continental fare but it's served outside on the seventh floor terrace. Really lovely spot with great views.

Location is fantastic. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was charming. We were blown away by the view of the city and the sea from the rooftop bar/restaurant. Breakfast was memorable as there was singing through the streets. If arriving with a car plan to drop off bags at front reception and then park a few blocks away. Not hard, just good to know because the hotel is on a busy street.

Hotel non consigliabile per ubicazione e servizi. Erano in corso lavori all’ascensore che hanno reso indisponibili i servizi e le sale dell’hotel. In questi casi l’hotel dovrebbe chiudere e non accogliere i clienti sacrificando ogni confort.

Spent 2-nights Palermo at the Ambasciatori Hotel, great location, everything you want to see is walkable, and fantastic views from the rooftop terrace! Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Palermo!

camere pulite e spaziose. non posso dare ulteriori giudizi in quanto in struttura erano presenti lavori che ne limitavano i servizi però prontamente segnalati in fase di prenotazione dal personale del front desk
