sehr zentrale aber trotzdem ruhige Lage, problemlos  mit Kfz erreichbar, vallet parking 25/Nacht, funktioniert bestens.  Zimmer „old style“ mit Teppich, alles etwas abgewohnt, hellhörig, sehr guter checkin/ -out

Da anni quando ci troviamo a Palermo soggiorniamo al Federico II e cosi questo mese di ottobre 2025. Come sempre siamo stati benissimo : servizio perfetto, camere pulitissime e accoglienti, colazione e cena squisite , molto meglio che in tanti ristoranti ....il personale e' educatissimo, premuroso ed efficiente e l'hotel in posizione super strategica . Tutto ottimo !

Family vacation for a wedding in Palermo. We booked 3 rooms 8 months in advance for 4 nights each. . All 3 rooms had problems with the AC. We asked for a technician to try and fix the AC. After 2 uncomfortable nights we were moved to other rooms that were a bit more comfortable. We still had to go buy stand up fans for each room to be able to dry hair, etc comfortably. The front desk people were nice but little they could do. Decent location. Simply an old hotel with very dark rooms, No room service, very small restaurant with ok food. Small bar. Would not recommend

Habitaciones y baño espacioso. Ubicado cerca del centro histórico de Palermo aunque en zona tranquila, se puede ir andando a todas partes. No me gustó que en mi baño había habido goteras y no estaban restauradas en la pintura y a través del respiradero se escuchaba con claridad las conversaciones de otras habitaciones.

Al termine del tour organizzato abbiamo alloggiato due notti in questo hotel nel centro di Palermo, posto tra i due teatri principali e vicino all'area pedonale. Si tratta decisamente del migliore in cui abbiamo soggiornato. La struttura è un po' buia, eravamo in una stanza all'ultimo piano, con vani comuni molto caldi al piano ma la camera era ampia, con aria condizionata che funzionava bene. Inoltre pulito a differenza di altre strutture di stessa categoria ed il letto comodissimo ed ampio. Oltre alla gentilezza di tutto il personale il fiore all'occhiello è rappresentato dalla cena. Abbiamo mangiato in due sere successive, nella prima ci sono state servite casarecce con sugo di triglia e finocchietto, un'ottima e fresca ricciola con insalata per chiudere con una squisita cassatina, il tutto innaffiato da un gradevole vino bianco in bottiglia. La sera successiva ci è stata proposta una cena di terra, con penne melanzane e caprino ed un filetto di maiale con riduzione di nero d'Avola. Anche in questo caso bottiglia di ottimo vino rosso locale. Per chiudere due buonissimi cannoli. Si sente la mano di uno chef davvero capace. Per chiudere ottima anche la colazione, con tanti prodotti anche locali e caffè servito dal bar e non dalle macchinette. Marco di Genova

A luxurious hotel with a good location but they have issues with air conditioning. Our bus tour group stayed here for a few nights and a number of rooms had no AC. It was so hot that most of the couples who had no AC barely slept at all. The beds are comfy but the rooms are very dark (dark decor and low lighting). With the price they charge, we were expecting better.

This hotel was booked for us by our tour company so we had no choice. The previous reviews were varied but people seemed to like the hotel. The hotel is reasonably central and most areas can be reached by foot with some nice bars in adjoining streets and shopping nearby. The hotel reception area is small but adequate with a nice greeting on our arrival. We were very pleased with with the decoration and quality of our room . The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout with very interesting artwork everywhere. The breakfast was typical continental with adequate choice with meal provided in the evening being very plentiful and tasty Sicilian style. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Some people are very quick to criticise the people but do remember we are in their country and don't bother to learn their language so why should they learn ours. There was one review I read saying that the fridge was not working, this is the mini bar supplied for keeping the hotels drinks not for our personal use.

Older style but clean and comfortable, well located near the Politeama theatre and an easy walk to most downtown areas. The bed was comfortable and the room amenities were good. The breakfast was quite nice, although the breakfast area did get quite crowded.

Nice modern hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast regarding variety and quality of the offered foods. The area was quite calm with no annoying noises. Also very close to the city center. We were really very satisfied of our choice to select this hotel.

這家飯店不配四星級！ ！ ！最多 3 顆平庸的星星 這家旅館的優點是位置優越，但是：房間裡沒有水壺（有人告訴我這是不可能的）！ ？ ？房間光線昏暗，缺乏儲存空間。沒有桌子，只有一張扶手椅。僅配有天花板噴頭的淋浴。抵達時沒有一瓶水。冰箱壞了。保險箱不工作。對於 5 天的住宿來說，非常令人失望。
