Our staying in Palermo Kalsa was more than satisfying, the location was just perfect for what we were looking for. Placed in La Kalsa (a lively quartier full of great bars and restaurants, art and handcraft shops, etc.) and a couple of minutes walking from Santa Maria dell Ammiraglio and Fontana Pretoria (wich means connected to both night life and daylight cultural highlights). The building where it is located seems to be an old palace, and it has been restored to make it very warm and comfortable, but conserving the history, charm and taste of old Palermo between the walls. We must say we did not have breakfast there so we cannot make any comment on that.
