阿爾瑪酒店(Alma Hotel)

The conditions were simple/minimal but were wonderfully comfortable and clean, and the staff could not have been nicer. They were very helpful in all matters and flexible in adapting to our needs. I might add that the location was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. I would absolutely stay there again

The staff is attentive and responsive. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable 😊. I love the electric tea pot in the room with instant coffee for those moments when you just need a coffee or tea! Definitely returning to this one!

Hotel in centro costituito da alloggi dislocati in palazzi attigui con una reception e una sala colazioni. Molto comodo perchè vicino a tutto, il nostro appartamento era in alto e quindi non molto rumoroso anche se vengono lasciati dei tappi sul comodino. Colazione dolce sufficiente, peccato non sia disponibile una macchina professionale per cappuccini e caffè.

The power failed on the second night of our stay which resulted in the door at reception locking leaving us with no means of escape! There is no fire escape in the property. The emergency lighting also failed to operate. The owner of the hotel arrived after a short while but struggled to release the door. If there had been a fire we would have been trapped. The owner was reluctant to accept responsibility for these failings. He asked us what we wanted him to do, he should maintain his property and offer guests a safe place to stay.

Accueil exemplaire merci Michèle, l’équipe de matin super sympa et professionnelle. La chambre assez spacieuse. Le seul petit hic c’est que la chambre donnant dans la rue donc c’est un peu bruyant.

Bed was very low , the bathroom stank - dreadful smell! Staff friendly but very average product The average breakfast was same cakes wheeled out every morning , way too many staff , in some cases two to one staff to guests in a small room . No hot options , unless I was mistaken. Hotel lacked identity , very small and very basic , like an Ibis from 20 years ago.

Mi sono trovato bene all'Alma Hotel, la struttura è centrale e la posizione è comoda per raggiungere i principali luoghi di Palermo da visitare. Ho apprezzato molto la simpatia ed efficienza del personale e gradito la prima colazione ricca di saporiti prodotti fatti in casa.

Chambre suffisante pour 1 semaine de vacances. Personnel très gentil et à l’écoute. Seul bémol, l’acoustique. On entend les voisins de chambres comme s’ils étaient en notre compagnie. Dommage

Convenient location but street noise at night kept us up. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pillows are too hard.
