Muy lindo el hotel y muy amable el recepcionista. Solamente que al llegar no pude ingresar al hotel ya que tienen recepción virtual y no me respondieron rápidamente. Repetiría, pero relación precio calidad me parece que no cumple.

Esperienza più che positiva. Camera spaziosa, pulita e soprattutto in centro. Il signor Alessio è una persona gentilissima, disponibile e pronta a soddisfare ogni mia richiesta! Super consigliato…. Se dovessi tornare a Palermo sceglierei nuovamente il BioHotel

Ottima la posizione, a due passi dal centro storico e dai mercati di Palermo, situato al settimo piano e quindi molto silenzioso, ha camere semplici e pulite, il personale molto gentile ci ha fornito le indicazioni per ottimizzare il nostro soggiorno, ci torneremo sicuramente

Ci sono stato con amici, ottima posizione, pulito e bene organizzato, parcheggio a pagamento molto vicino, abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto e girato tutto il periodo per il centro di Palermo . Sento che ci vedremo spesso con altri amici o in famiglia.

空調過濾器很髒……臭氣熏天，露台上的“植物”裡有煙頭……燈上有兩根手指的灰塵，像這樣的污垢需要努力！我不知道你們如何提供這樣的服務，也許他們已經忘記這個房間好幾個月了！

Even though breakfast was included no breakfast was served or offered else where. The hotel, that is not even a hotel but an automated room, is run down and sad. Pictures on the website is far from telling the truth. There is no receptionist, the room was not clean when I arrived and no one came to clean any of the 3 nights I stayed. So pretty much nothing was as it should be when calling yourself an hotel. $50 per night would be a fair price. Choose another hotel for your Palermo visit. There are hundreds more charming and cheaper in the area. I post some pictures how it actually looks

This accommodation should have closed during building/renovation works, which might have reduced the multitude of problems arising for all their guests, not just us... The breakfast advertised on their website was not available, so we ate in a lovely 3☆ downstairs for a few euros. Interestingly, this other lovely hotel with courteous, helpful staff,, charge the same price as bio. Wish we'd booked here instead!

我是4月5日到10日住的，房間很小，床是軍用床，床墊很滑，沒有早餐，有飲水機就夠了，下午和晚上沒有工作人員。西奧（Alessio）非常友善，知識淵博，非常有禮貌，但很遺憾，因為位於七樓的中心位置和露台吸引了我，更不用說有洞的浴室床單了。

Posizione e grandezza della stanza ottimali. Abbiamo però avuto un problema con l'acqua. Avevamo un impegno di lavoro e l'acqua non c'era e siamo stati costretti a lavarci con le bottiglie di acqua centellinate dalla struttura. Queste situazioni non dovrebbero capitare o per lo meno le strutture ricettive dovrebbero avere una riserva sempre attiva così da garantire ai clienti la continua presenza di acqua. Inoltre colazione senza glutine non presente.

Hotel con una buona posizione e arredamento carino, ma poca attenzione alla pulizia. La camera era sporchissima, comodini, pavimento e tende pieni di polvere, dietro la porta del bagno accumulo di capelli e laniccia. Bagno senza bidet e doccia piena di muffa e anche attappata. Reception inesistente a parte al momento del check-in, in realtà il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato super gentile e ci ha consigliato cosa visitare a Palermo quindi è davvero un peccato. Non essendo tra i più economici dovreste offrire un servizio migliore.

The hotel location is good, the bed comfortable and the shower worked well BUT there were a lot of shortcomings. The room was tired and the balcony very tatty.The light fittings were insufficient. The main light was on the wall, hanging very low just above a table. It came out of the wall and the fitting was almost falling out. It was just held by one loose screw.On the first day we asked for an extra lamp because we were able to see to read in bed, nothing extra was provided. We felt that the 'Bio' label was an excuse for poor quality fittings and service. It was not like the photos on the website.

Nice and safe neighborhood and near the shopping area. Receptionist was very helpful via whatsapp. Clean room and comfortable bed. Overall this mini hotel was nice. Disliked · The outdoor hot tub was dirty and covered with some construction tarp. It didn't look good at all. On the last day I was told that I had to speak to the google device in Italian language in order to get hot water running into the outdoor tub. The terrace was not in best shape and sadly we didn't use it at all.

We booked after reading mixed reviews. This is a city centre hotel set with large building with mixed retail and hotel use. There is a lift to the 7th (provided the door has been closed after departing the lift) We arrived at 22:30 from the airport by car. We had been provided with an access code for entry as the reception is only manned between 09:00 and 12:00 everyday. There is a very responsive WhatsApp virtual reception which I found to be excellent when I needed to contact them. The room itself was clean and basic but had almost everything we needed (a complimentary tea and coffee tray would be nice). There was a spa on the balcony which was uncovered when we arrived. We never used it as it looked like it had not been covered for a long time. There is significant road and city noise. I took earplugs, it was fine. Excellent location to explore all of the sites in Palermo.

Ho alloggiato tre notti per motivi lavorativi in questo albergo situato nel pieno centro di Palermo al settimo piano dell'edificio. Il punto è ottimo se si vuole andare in giro per la città, e avere a disposizione tante attività commerciali. Ho alloggiato in una matrimoniale abbastanza ampia e comoda con terrazzino e bagno quasi nuovo. Per il resto, purtroppo, non ho parole positive da spendere. Reception fisica, pulizia giornaliera e cambio asciugamani inesistente; piccola hall con una cucina in totale stato di abbandono e degrado. Sono stata fortunata ad avere l'acqua calda perché alcuni colleghi hanno fatto docce fredde. La prima sera il phon non ha funzionato e ho tenuto i capelli bagnati tutta la notte e il condizionatore impiega forse due ore prima di riscaldare. Il proprietario (o delegato, chiedo venia se sbaglio) è stato abbastanza disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste ma era possibile contattarlo soltanto telefonicamente o via WhatsApp e neanche nell'immediato. Voglio pensare che le difficoltà degli ultimi anni abbiano inficiato sulla qualità del posto, ma credo che possa ancora migliorare, bastano alcune semplici accortezze di ordine, pulizia e disponibilità. Metto tre stelle per incoraggiamento.
