翁貝託皇家酒店 - 加爾薩(Real Teatro Umberto I)

Malheureusement notre hôte a oublié notre réservation. Il n'y a pas d'accueil. On a dû se débrouiller avec un voisin et des pensionnaires pour contacter l'hôte. Ça se termine bien, puisqu'il nous a trouvé un hôtel à proximité.

Nous avons été très bien reçu par Alessandro et Manuela. Le lieu est très charmant et bien isolé. A côté de tout c'est parfait. Manuela à même prit la peine de nous porter des petits déjeuner sans gluten... ! Malheureusement l'avant dernier jour, pour une raison inconnue, on nous a demandé de quitter l'hôtel pour nous transférer ailleurs. Nous avons accepté pensant garder la même qualité de logement. Extrêmement déçu... nous étions censé avoir notre appartement avec 2 chambres. Finalement 1 seule. Notre ami a dû dormir dans un autre appartement à l'étage, mal fini.. Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans carte, sans indications, sans petit déjeuner la veille de notre départ.. aucun couvert pour se restaurer dans l'appartement. Et en prime nous avons dû payer le chauffeur pour nous amener à l'aéroport. Vraiment dommage car ce sont de supers personnes avec un très bel endroit. Malheureusement, nous avons payé pour la semaine complète avec les services inclus, que nous n'avons pas eu. Dommage.

The house was full of disappointment. It was so nice in the pictures but the reality was extremely different. Please read my following comments if you want to stay in this house: The house is dark. There is no window in the bedroom. The wc/bathroom is in the bedroom. When you take shower, all the steam stays in the bedroom. The bed in the bedroom is like a disaster. It is so uncomfortable. We could not sleep well because of the bad quality of the bed. If you want to put your staff (shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush etc.) in/on somewhere, there is not such a place in the bathroom. Bathroom/WC is too small. When you take shower, you cannot even turn right/left inside the shower cabin. The hot water turns into cold after one person takes a shower. Second person has to wait for the hot water for a while. There were ants in the bathroom. There was not enough toilet paper. The house was horribly in dust. The carpet in the living room is so dirty and there is so much dust on it. The kitchen is another disaster. There were not staff to cook, boil or cook in the kitchen. We wanted to have a tea but because there was not something to boil the water, we could not. The underneath of the kitchen marble is so so dirty. If you open the curtains underneath of the kitchen marble, you will really feel disgusted. The balcony was too tiny. It is almost impossible for two people to sit in the balcony. Even if you sit in the balcony, you cannot make any movement in the balcony. You
