帕倫博酒店(Masseria Sant'Anna)

簡單的早餐。房間很基本，適合短暫停留。友好的員工。每間客房僅供 1 位房客使用 WiFi。預訂中沒有註明海景或泳池。

我選擇這家酒店是因為我認為它比該地區的其他酒店更質樸、更熱情。我錯了。它非常過時，有破損的沙發和其他家具，還有 20 世紀 60 年代的地毯，都很髒。房間還有很多不足之處。我選擇了一個三人房，房間又小又幽閉，沒有辦法把行李箱放在每張床的腳下，所以即使我們住了幾天，我也被迫把行李全部打開。有幾個衣架的衣櫃不足以容納我們的東西（兩個可以帶上飛機的迷你手推車和一個手提箱），保險箱壞了。儘管我們有3 個人，但我只找到了一套毛巾，而且沒有3 人常用的肥皂和帽子。這個問題得到了補救，但只是在第一天……從第二天開始，我不得不與其他人共用毛巾我的孩子們…浴室的窗戶完全腐爛了，等等，等等…這不僅因鎖定裝置損壞而腐爛，而且被清潔人員敞開著。問題在於，浴室的窗戶通往相鄰房間的陽台，因此存在發現房間內來自隔壁房間或從陽台爬上來的人的風險......我報告了這個嚴重的安全問題，這阻止了晚上睡覺讓我很不舒服，工作人員試著盡量減少這種影響，說沒關係，不用擔心，而且這個地方很安靜。同時我也發現床單不適合我們的床。讓我解釋。覆蓋床墊的床單沒有角，也不夠大，無法覆蓋，所以床墊的頭和腳都沒有被覆蓋，但更可怕的是，沒有床墊套。所以每天晚上，床都會散開，讓我的腿直接接觸床墊。一種厭惡。早餐也好不到哪裡去。工作人員不存在或不專心，早餐桌子沒有準備或更換，水果、羊角麵包和糕點明顯是前一天的腐爛和陳舊，果汁機工作時果汁被沖淡了。他們完全不知道什麼是 4 星，我最多會給他們 1 或 2 星。不建議

Personale gentile, colazione buona ma struttura un parecchio datata che meriterebbe un rifacimento delle stanze, la pulizia delle stesse non è eccellente. Posto comodo vicino a ristorante buono. In prossimità del mare. Prezzo abbastanza in linea.

È molto bella la struttura originaria dell'Hotel, ricavato da una masseria. Molto comoda l'ubicazione, per chi arriva con la macchina ed ha intenzione di fermarsi un paio di notti per visitare Bari e vuole evitare i problemi di parcheggio del centro. Il personale è gentilissimo ed accogliente.

Nulla da dire sulla struttura e sul personale vicino al mare e a due passi dall aeroporto. Peccato per la stanza in cui ci hanno allocato dove vi erano altri piccoli ospiti a dormire con noi. Ospiti poco graditi. Andrebbe fatta una bella disinfestazione. Spero risolvano presto.

燈沒有開，房間很大，但床絕對不舒服，而且很吵，每一個輕微的動作都是吱吱聲……淋浴間有一扇帶有木框的窗戶“被濕氣腐蝕了”，可怕的是看... 用空調取暖噪音很大。總之，綜合考慮，這是乘飛機前休息的地方（因此選擇靠近機場），但他休息得相當糟糕......

Hotel proche de l'aéroport de Bari, sans nuisance. Chambre simple mais confortable. Très bon accueil et bon petit déjeuner. Bons restons à qq minutes à pied sur le bord de mer.

Masseria Sant' Anna was a cute little hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms could use a little updating, but overall, not a bad place to stay. However, this hotel is located in Palese, not Bari proper and is really out of the way from anything interesting. it is a VERY quiet area with nothing to do...not really a tourist destination.

I never review anything on the internet, but I made a trip advisor account just to make sure people knew about how awful this place was. We booked this place in the hopes of getting a rustic, charming experience but what we got was far from that. We stayed here after getting off the ferry from Dubrovnik on our way to Napoli. This was by far the worst travel experience we’ve ever had. Location - 1/5 The first thing to note is that this hotel is NOT in Bari. There are no Ubers and the taxi into town costs €30 every time. You’re far from everything and it feels more like a neighborhood hotel not meant for travelers. Rooms - 2/5 The actual hotel is converted from a fort of some kind. Our room was in what used to be a closet and had cumbersome lock. The beds were insanely hard. Even with great AC (the one good thing here), we got very poor sleep because of the mattresses. The shower smelled weird and was tiny. I could barely move my arms in there to clean my body. The room we were stayed in was a faraday cage and blocked all cellular service AND the hotel’s Wi-Fi. Service - 0/5 The staff acted like they were doing you a favor when you asked them for anything. When we asked about the Wi-Fi situation, they told us there was nothing they could do and couldn’t switch rooms. That’s it. The staff seemed irritated every time we asked them to call us a taxi - remember there are no Ubers or other forms of transport nearby. If you’re used to any form of service at hotels don’t expect that here. Breakfast - 1/5 The breakfast was truly the saddest I’ve ever had anywhere. Just some cold, unappetizing meats and baked goods. Really low effort here. At least it was included in the price so there’s that to be thankful for. Overall, I would say this place is one to avoid if you want a good experience. We couldn’t get out of the place quickly enough. Bari itself is charming and well worth seeing. I would say you’re better off staying at a hostel in the actual city over this terrible hotel. This hotel gave me a new low to compare every other place too.
