帝國酒店(Thea STO Galazio)

It's a bad hotel!!! I had to wait 1h for my room they didn't even get me a key they put a chair to stop the door from closing😰 bc they didn't have a key.They key was given to me 1day later and yea I slept with a door open 🤬 and my bed was with pee🧟 I had to put a tower so that I can sleep. They never clean your room my trash 🤧was there the whole time the food was bad and they give you same food every day I had to buy it on my own. the kitchen was dirty 🤢 and there where only 5 workers.The pool didn't had water it was empty and it had frogs in there🐸🤮.the TV didn't work and the bathroom floor was yellow 🙄

Smells awful. The rooms were not even cleaned and there was so much dust. The food was the same everyday and was very bad. They only cleaned my room once and that was it. The worst hotel ever. Not recommended.

I'm not sure that this is really a hotel. More like attempt of a hotel. Organisation? There isn't any. There are 5 people working in full season. Result: everything is dirty, they aren't changing towels, for 4 days now, Dining room is more suitable for some military object or prison. Food is the same. Yes, and dining room and some parts of whole object hasn't been cleaned for months, and maybe for years. Pool is disgusting, dirty so you better stay off. Staff is not interested to work, everything you ask, the answer is: I don't know, I'll see... Basically all amateurs. Cleaning lady is smoking while guests clean room, trying not to get some deases. So, it's better you avoid this place in big cirkle. Sad thing is that actually it hss potential, but need far better management, more work and skilled and professional staff. Not worth money you pay.

Dirty rooms and dirty sheets, also we asked for blankets and they didn’t provide us with one. The food was repeating and it was terrible. One door was left without locking system. The only good thing was the town and the beach.
