斯蒂格姆斯套房別墅(Stigmes Villas & Suites)

Nice and quiet location, away from noise and crowd. Great concept in general, but there is tone of room for improvement: 1) fix the listing: a) please upload real pictures, not those from the renovated unit; b) this property is not on the beach (you have to cross the main road); c) it's not a sandy beach; 2) do something about the fumes from the water heater entering the bathroom; 3) pool lining is way to rough; 4) not enough cookware in the unit (one sauce pan and that's it), nespresso machine would be nice; 5) some wishful thinking, like: covered parking spots, reopen the beach bar and bring back platform for entering the water, unit entry from the ground floor, on-site shop (water and ice cream would be enough)... etc.

Great villas with all the amenities needed for a long and/or short stay. from kitchen appliances to cutlery and washing machine. we had the 3 bedroom villa which was great for our 5-members-family. plenty of open grounds and a great swimming pool. although the sea is right across it is not much of swimming/sunbathing kind of beach, but its still a short drive to many options

We have been visiting Greece since 2007 and I can confidently say that this is the best hotel we’ve ever been. We book Garden Bungalow and loved it. It had everything a family needs for a great stay. Top class in all details And the staff are amazing, especially George 👍 great customer service. We will visit again and highly recommend it

The villa didn’t seem too clean and it was quite disappointing. The sheets smelled like someone else slept there and that’s a deal breaker for me. There were hair in the tub drain and the bathrooms flooded at the first shower we took. For the price we paid, I expected so much more and this stay was not up to those standards. The property itself is well kept and it looks pretty but our particular villa was just not ok.

Nachten niet geslapen door de buren,die harde muziek en herrie maakten tot 3.30,gemeld niets aan gedaan.schoonmaak 2x in 13 dagen,veel te weinig,badkamers zijn echt aan renovatie toe,al met al nog geen 3 sterren waard,jammer want de omgeving is heel mooi

Man man wat een slechte situatie is het op dit park. De huizen zijn zeer slecht onderhouden. Keukendeurtjes hangen scheef of sluiten niet. De douchekop kan niet blijven hangen aan de muur. Kitnaden zijn gescheurd en geschimmeld. In de bank zitten gaten van sigaretten en daarnaast zitten er veel vlekken in de stoffen banken en stoelen. Water kun je niet gebruiken want dan gaat de waterpomp aan die zoveel herrie maakt dat je de hele buurt wakker maakt. En wat nog het meest vervelende is dat de organisatie totaal niet bereid is om hier wat aan te doen. In hun ogen zijn de huisjes prima onderhouden en willen ze je wel verhuizen naar een ander huis, maar wel met bijbetalen. Nadat je al 400 euro per nacht hebt betaald, ga je niet nog eens bijbetalen voor een andere kamer. Daarnaast is er geen ontbijt, alleen een summier pakketje wat je ontvangt. Kortom, schandelijke organisatie, slechte huisjes en totaal niet het bedrag waard. Besteed je geld ergens anders!
